“HI im quite a positive person but unfortunately I did not perceive the product as seen the engraving on the base had been done poorly - engraved twice with a mill or so between the two prints, there were aesthetic faults scuff marks at the point of opening. The material thickness makes the product quite week. I hope these comments are taken with the aim to improve on what I have received. Regards Chris”

“Very happy just wish I hadn't had it gift wrapped, because I had to unwrap it to check it was OK , it was all OK but couldn't get it back wrapped up without it looking a mess, so it was a waste of money to have it gift wrapped”

“firstly allow me to say that the tankards I have now received are not only of exceptional, but of as yet unsurpassed quality that I have had the pleasure of laying eyes upon. having purchased them for friend's 21st I also found the engraving service you provide infinitely convenient and five star professional that really puts both your business and my gift that bit more above and beyond. as I live in Australia, it is apparently incredibly difficult to find a quality tankard that is anything more then just plain though of course this means the delivery time is understandably not lightning fast I found the wait well worth every extra minute. if there was only one suggestion I could make (of which I struggle to find) it would be that you might consider offering a (deluxe?) presentation box of stained or dark timber, that like the engraving would put that extra mile of professionalism onto an already formidable service. aside from that keep, doin watcha doin mates.”

“Tankard was of excellent quality. Our friend was overwhelmed with the tankard. Thistle design was done with great detail. Engraving was a lovely personal touch which our friend was quite emotional about. The gift box was damaged and Rachel and Samantha couldn't do enough for me to get it replaced. They even sent it by special delivery as it was Easter Weekend and I needed the gift box for the Saturday. Excellent Customer Service! “The tankard was just what I hoped for. The engraving, complete with a logo lifted from a business card! was perfect. The lower edge of the handle could have used a tiny bit more finish, but it still scores 9/10”

“The pewter tankard was as described and very good quality the engraving was excellent and the shipping rate was reasonable to Canada, I am very happy with my purchase witch replaces a long loved tankard that was damaged on my move to Canada.”
