“website sizes of goblets a little misleading, I ordered a 5 inch one, neve did I think it was going to be 5 inches in total! I thought it was a 5 inch cup! but the staff in the shop when I went to collect the goblet were very very good, they took onboard what I said and helped me find a replacement to my liking.”

“Engraved tankard was good quality. It arrived promptly but not in accordance with the web site. Paid extra for fast delivery but did not arrive next day as web site suggested. Perhaps because I ordered on a Sunday. I suggest the web site should make it clear that it is next day only if ordered within the week”

“I am pleased with the tankard, we ordered a heavy weight wentworth one and had some engraving added - it is a nice, quality, tankard. There were some issues with the engraving due to a machine fault but I have been assured that this is very rare and the customer service I received in dealing with this issue and supplying a replacement very quickly was excellent and I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.”

“I ordered my tankard with engraving and I recieved it with in 3 days of ordering it. Which I thought was amazing seeing as I live in the USA. The tankard is just as advertised and it will make a great gift for my sons 21 st birthday. I would not hesitate to recommend this web site to my friends and family.
