“Ordering very easy, excellent communication throughout transit & delivery. The kitchen TV is a bit pricey, but we tried using other small TV's and they just didn't do the job, so on balance, it was worth paying a bit more for this service and peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone. KR”

“Because I live in France I had cause to talk to one of the staff direct. That person was extremely helpful and followed though with an email re the issue in hand. The bathroom/ceiling music system appears to be of a good quality. It hasn't been fitted yet, but so far so good. Good packaging and delivered on time. No complaints.”

“Although i haven't actually tried my E100 Bluetooth FM / DAB+ Radio System ( still having the kitchen fitted) the assistant that i bought it off could not have been more helpful. Once i had decided on which one to buy, i needed it the very next day so as my plasterer could hide the speaker wires they arranged to deliver it as promised by 2pm the very next day to my wife's place of work. The lad that i dealt with on the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable explaining just what the radio could do ,ensuring it was what i actually wanted and needed. So sorry i can't remember the lads name .....he arranged delivery to a local school where my wife works if that helps.... 10/10 would recommend . Thank you.”

“Amazing product, only down side is that the aerial on the side of the mirror broke when we took it out of the box, but we didn't need it anyway. So easy to use and the sound is brilliant”

“Delivery of the order was very quick and package was well wrapped so as not to get damaged in transit, blue tooth speakers and the blue tooth wall mount very easy to setup and the sound quality is really good even when the volume is turned up as much as possible there is no noise distortion. I would certainly recommend these and the company in fact i already have done and just in case if your wondering whether or not i was paid to write this then the answer is no, there are all my own words. in summary excellent service from the company along with supplying good quality sound systems”

“I needed an under-cupboard kitchen radio/CD player to replace the Sony one I had. The replacement had to be DAB with an external aerial. The Soundmaster UR2170SI seemed to fit the bill. Buying it was painless, a reasonable price and it arrived in good condition at the time I was told it would. Then the fun started. The unit is German-made and the manual is printed in German (obviously), four other languages and broken English! I did not find the instructions that easy to follow and, after getting very frustrated, was on the point of asking my German neighbour to come round and set the thing up when more by accident than anything, I got the hang of it myself. It spoilt the experience somewhat, but now that it is up and running I have no complaints about quality, including the sound. Purists could maybe find fault, but who needs super-hifi in the kitchen? Suggestion? In the interests of customer service get the manual reprinted after someone fluent in English does a proper translation. I have wondered what the standard of translation is like for the other languages.”

“I already have kbsound ceiling speakers, and have been very happy with the system, and the Bluetooth connection. I have purchased 2 more sets to go in an outdoor building /gym and summerhouse. Jon was more than helpful, wen I rang for advice , on which speaker set was more suitable for the buildings. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends, about the quality of the products and the efficiency and helpful knowledge of the staff. Bonita Varley.”

“I'm based in London, so not easily able to visit the showroom in Preston. However, Jon was exceedingly helpful in discussing my requirements for an in-ceiling system for the ground floor, and came up with a good price after spending almost an hour on the phone. The Sonos based system was delivered quickly once I was in a position to order and receive it. The system has not been installed yet, as we are still having extensive building works, but I set up a test config. with the connect-amp and one of the dual tweeter Canton speakers, and am exceedingly happy with both the build and sound quality, which will be even better once properly installed. Highly recommended.”
