“The guys at Buy Stuff were brilliant - excellent know-how and advice and general customer service skills. The main problem was UK Mail Delivery Service. My speakers were due to arrive on a Friday, but didn't - it was reported that our house gate was closed so no access, but it wasn't and people were working in the front at the estimated delivery time! Then our delivery was rescheduled for Saturday - but didn't arrive. It seems clear that UK Mail had no intention of delivering before the Monday.....when everything worked perfectly and I was able to track the delivery and wave down the UK Mail van as it entered our village....so no excuses.”

We're pleased we could source the correct speakers for you on this occassion, however we do apologise for the problems you encountered with delivery. Whilst we only work with UK Mail on our delivery services, we at BuyCleverStuff will always strive to make sure that your item is delivered on time and as quickly as possible. We can confirm that there was a request from ourselves to attempt a delivery on Saturday however this was unfortunately not processed correctly to take place, so once again may we apologise. “Having not dealt with this company before I was apprehensive. But I had no need at all. As I only have good words to say about me purchase experience. I had an issue ( of my doing) relating to this punches and the customer service was fantastic. I would most definitely use this company again.”

“I ordered a bluetooth amplifier and receiver with in ceiling waterproof speakers. The product is exactly what I wanted and I'm really happy with it so far. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or the product. The promised banana plugs were missing from the order when I received but a quick email resolved that and I received the missing plugs the next day, great service!”

“The item s box actually arrived within two days. Was so pleased with the order system and delivery so much better than going to the shops. Very easy to do and although still in box as we are waiting for our kitchen to be fitted I could not have asked for better service. It's class. Thank you”

“Product hasn't arrived yet, delivery of the product is part of the service and using professional delivery companies that can actual deliver the the correct address would help. Perhaps I might be able to review the product once it finally arrives, as the delivery companies first suggestion of a 70 miles round trip to collect it from their depot was not acceptable, I now have to take yet another day of work to be available on Tuesday for another attempt! Very frustrating! - UPDATED product arrived today, very well packaged and looks great! Can't wait for it to be fitted by my electrician so I can start using it. Thanks to Rob for sorting the earlier issues out, I can't fault your customer service that you offer.”
