“My order of a Visua Flip Down TV was despatched very quickly and efficiently, with ample communication about its progress. Although I am very happy with the product (apart from the Instruction Manual which is useless!), fixing it under the kitchen wall unit was not straightforward and a professional had to be employed. The fixings enclosed with the TV were incorrect, though this was rectified immediately by Buy Clever Stuff following a phone call. The service from this company is second to none.”

“Having bought a KB bathroom radio system from them several years ago I contacted John by phone to see if I could buy a single replacement speaker. I received excellent advice enabling me to ensure that the speaker was , itself, the problem. The speaker was received the next day after ordering. Would have no hesitation in recommending BuyCleverStuff.”

“Its been couple of months since I purchased this DAB under cabinet radio and quite pleased with it. The initial set up was very simple, just plug it in and the radio does auto set up and was up and running so to speak. Few things must be highlighted of this particular model. 1. This radio comes with a two pin and a three pin adaptor comes with it and hence takes up nearly 3" of space in front of the socket as mine is inside the cabinet and hence was ok. 2. The mounting plate is not a snug fit and customer service were very quick to provide a replacement but no joy. Had to use sticky tape to keep the unit in place 3. The mounting spacers provided are too small if your kitchen cabinets have trims at the bottom as the radio unit with the spacers provided measures 80 mm when assembled which in my case was completely covered by the bottom cabinet trim. So had to place another piece of mdf to increase the depth so that the DAB radio was visible under the cabinet. Not a big deal though. 4. The digital display can be a bit annoying due to its jerky movement across the screen when you opt to see more detail of the station you tune into. I change it to signal strength option which is static. 5. The instruction booklet does not mention at all about the antenna mounting plate as the base of the it is magnetic and keeps it in your designated position. Overall this DAB radio is an excellent model with several features such as bluetooth pairing with your smartphone and plays your choice of music on the radio. The quality of sound could be better but for such a small radio you cannot expect Hi Fi quality base and treble. I would certainly recommend this model.”

“When I was looking to purchase my item, I was a little unsure of some aspects of the technical detail so called the company to speak to someone. They could not have been more helpful and even though some of my questions were probably really obvious, they were patient and courteous. My product arrived the next day and was very securely wrapped. I was very impressed from start to finish and would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends, family and other consumers. “i have yet to install but as my daughter has the same system i feel confident to give this review. firstly the joy of the gadget hunt and purchase often exceeds the pleasure of ownership and so the experience of talking and listening to products in the showroom i would rate as 10/10. i was impressed by the knowledge of the salesperson and the help given. if you are reading this review i can say that if you cannot get a demo you can at least make a call. for my needs it was ideal, and i feel sure that buycleverstuff would not try the hard sell but could help you find your next gadget.”

“The only negative part of your service is in the instructions for installation. The drawings are two small to determine if the screws are supposed to go up into the cabinet or down through the bottom. I recommend you either make the drawing larger or add a note. Also related to that issue, neither set of screws provided were long enough. We are very pleased with the radio, the delivery and the ease in ordering it on-line!!”
