“Since receiving this radio I have spent numerous hours trying to get it to work, downloading pages of information which is of no help whatsoever, even trying the "idiot proof one" eventually dismantled. a complete waste of hard earned cash.”

“Ordered Sunday, despatched Monday, arrived Tuesday. You can't better that! Product well packed and works well when tested. Not yet installed in ceiling as kitchen is being rebuilt.”

“We are extremely pleased with the customer service and advice received from BuycleverStuff. Having listened to our requirements of having a clutter free radio and bluetooth system I was directed to the KBSOUND 5" SELECT. this product was easy for our electrician to install in our new kitchen and the sound quality and price is perfect. It has been the talking point of all our visitors and I would definitely recommend BuyCleverStuff for genuine advice, price and quality.”

“The flip down TV was dispatched without delay and arrived safely. When fitting the unit I realised that I needed the long screws and spacers. I emailed BuyCleverStuff and the screws were dispatched within a couple of hours, amazing service. Very impressed.”

“I found the site very easy to use and there was plenty of choice of the TV's I was looking for. I called to ask a question about indoor ariels and although he was helpful I was supprised that you don't sell ariels. Trying to find good quality ariels on the high street was okay but a specialist on TV's might be able to supply a bigger & better selection.”

With regards to your comments about the Indoor Amplified TV Antenna we've never particularly found them very good so therefore don't offer them for sale, however we will keep looking for ones which are as good as a roof mounted antenna. “Having seen the company on the web, some times you take a chance on how good they are . They were very good no need to worry, goods came next day in perfect condition. Fitted it to the shelf and plugged it in. Would use them again.”

“I bought the white version of the TV which looks really good against the white gloss cabinets in the kitchen. Picture is very good and sound is good also. Overall: very pleased.”

I'm very sorry to read your negative review of your recent Kitchen TV purchase from BuyCleverStuff, I do not like to hear that customers are not happy with the products that I have personally selected to sell on the site. I do understand that the side loading DVD play can tricky to insert the disc into, however if the drive was on the front it would mean that customers with pelmets would have to have the chassis of the unit always on show, whereas this side loading DVD drive means that the main body of the unit is hidden behind the pelmet. With regards to the manner the way that it comes down, I do understand it would be nice for the screen to be motorised however it would add further complexity and cost to the product so therefore has never been. Finally the push button catches that hold the screen up on your 15" Kitchen TV are only found on the Invisua brand, the SOVOS 15" Kitchen TV has magnets which hold the screen up and might prove better for yourself. I do not like to feel that customers are in anyway unhappy with a purchase from my company and it is one of the reasons we operate a 14 days return policy, in your case if you are still unhappy then let us know and we'll be more than happy to replace the Kitchen TV or refund the order. “The service that we received from this company was first class. We ordered a KB Sound ceiling radio at 11-30am on Wednesday morning and received it at 9-30 the following morning!! And all with free p&p! The radio is now installed and working brilliantly, we are very pleased with it, considering we weren't even looking for one in fact didn't even now they existed for the home!!!! But somehow I was directed to this site and very grateful for it!!! If I have one criticism it is with the instructions provided with the radio! They could be a little bit more in depth as to the installation and operation of the system but we got there in the end so all is well. Would I recommend purchasing goods from this company??? Yes definitely.”

“The company was really helpful in assisting me in purchasing the right goods. The delivery was quick and the goods arrived without any damage. The TV was quick and easy to install although I did require screws a size between the two sent. The company provided me with two sets of screws of differing length to assist in making sure the TV could be fitted streamline to unit fascia. The TV was easy to auto tune and the picture and sound excellent. The only slight issue is that sometimes the signal goes and you have to retune. The remote is very flimsy and you really have to push the buttons just in the right spot in order to control TV remotely. Over all excellent purchase and would recommend.”
