“KBsound iSelect bathroom DAB/FM/Bluetooth ceiling speakers: Excellent product, delivered in good time worked perfectly for a year. Main reason for this post is the outstanding response I got when I phoned to say the bluetooth function had stopped working. After asking sensible question to determine the best solution (I had already done everything he enquired about) he walked me through the hidden codes for a factory reset and it worked fine.”

We're really confident in our products as you've been able to experience with the KB iSelect DAB & Bluetooth with 5" Ceiling Speaker System. “We have had many problems with this product mostly because the instructions were in German. We have struggled and managed to tune 2 radio stations. Over time however another problem has surfaced - that sometimes after tuning it might take up to 10 minutes to get the station. We have delayed feedback because we were not sure whether the problem was us or the machine. I now think it is the machine - and lack of instructions in a language we can fully understand!”

My colleague Rob has been in touch this past week to see if we can look to rectify this issue with the unit and I know we are more than happy to find a solution for you with this. We'll always happy for customers to contact us immediately if they have a problem, whether big or small; we pride ourselves on giving the best customer service we can as well as great audio visual products. We are looking to overhaul and re-translate all our user and install manuals in 2016 to give customers clear and concise instructions where otherwise it may have been difficult. We appreciate you having taken the time to give us your feedback on this SOVOS 15" Flipdown Kitchen TV. With the size of the speakers and also the direction of which they are facing (downwards towards a kitchen top) it unfortunately aids to the tinny quality of sound when increased as you have referred to. It is something we will take on board and relay to SOVOS as feedback on products is vital to us and for our customers. “Excellent service. After receipt of the DAB radio I found that it did not perform as expected and requested an exchange/return. Following an almost instant response I was offered the choice of a full refund or a somewhat better (dearer!) model in exchange. I took up the offer and despite my being unable to progress the return, due to imminent holidays; this was carried out immediately and very efficiently on our return. Very happy.”

“Good speaker for what Ii wanted and looks good in my bathroom. I haven't yet managed to work out how to use the radio with mobile interruption when I receive a call. I did send an enquiry for help but have not received a reply yet.”

It's good to know that your SoundMaster BT550 Bluetooth Shower Speaker is just what you needed for your bathroom. Unfortunately we could not seem to find your initial email, but we hope the advice Rob sent you regarding the pausing of music from your device whilst calls are received helped. “My electrician fitted the system easily and the FM and DAB worked immediatley. The bluetooth is more difficult to link but that might be my lack of tech knowledge. I do sometimes have difficulty in turning off the system. The tech back up team have been very helpful and the sound clarity is excellent”

We're glad to know your electrician was able to install your KB Space DAB Ceiling Speaker System with relative ease. If having not used Bluetooth previously then it's always best to refer to your device's manual as well as the speaker system's manual. “I bought an under cupboard TV etc for our new kitchen and I'm really pleased with the product (good picture quality, appearance etc) and the service was very prompt. I had a problem with the power supply after a couple of weeks and got a very prompt response and no fuss replacement. The test of a good company isn't that nothing ever goes wrong but how they fix it on the rare occasions it does, and I give full marks to "buy clever stuff".”

“This is the second purchase I have made from BuyCleverStuff as I bought a DAB bathroom radio a few years ago which I am happy with. The kitchen radio that I have just bought arrived on time and was easy to install and set up. I already had a roof aerial which connected easily with a coaxial cable. The radio was easy to tune and I am quite happy with the purchase. The only downsides are that I can not detect and noticeable difference when using the different equalizer settings and the remote control is not very responsive,”

Sometimes with any EQ settings, it is best to work in conjunction with any Bluetooth device you are using, and also with the remote control, ensure you are in reasonable distance for functions to be controlled.
