“Customer service was good, fast and efficient. They also offer express delivery such as UPS & DHL. How ever the delivery price at times was quite bias. A friend of mine bought the same item and his postage was more cheaper by USD20. I dont know what makes it varies despite the delivery location is to the same country”
“On the one hand, it's unique service to buy something special from Japan. Reasonable conditions during covid19 situation.
On the other hand, too many service fees, especially if you buy often. I got more than 300 items. Buyee don't take any responsibility and don't help you if you don't pay them extra and extra, even if you choose EMS shipping that already has insurance.”
