“By far the best place to buy Japanese stuffs.
Some of the item description is a bit simple, but everything's from Japan. So you can expect Japanese quality service which is off course, the BEST.
Refund: So far, I bought about 20 items but only have one package with wrong item inside. They refunded it 100% but the refund process is a bit slow. However, still a lot faster than ebay or Paypal. At least, I got the feeling they are working hard behind the scene to make it right.
Shipping: Because of covid, they don't ship with Japanese shipping company anymore so you have to use DHL right now which cost a lot more, but other then that, I have no problem so far.
Payment: Credit card is probably the best way to do it. If you have any problem, credit card company work faster than Paypal. Well, Paypal doesn't really do anything to protect the customers anyway.
Only thing you have to pay attention is that make sure to read item description carefully and look through all the pictures cause you get exactly what you see and read about.
Other than that, If you want to buy Japanese stuffs, like toys, games, clothes etc, this is by far the best place to be.

“I´ve read some of the complaints from other users and i´m gonna try to bring justice here. Sure thing buyee charges 500yen per sale but then you have a 30 day free storage ! and don´t forget that they are providing a service so you can get what you are looking for and can´t find anywhere else.Second,consolidation expensive? maybe,but some companies won´t consolidate and then you pay more.For example,2 cds from different sellers after consolidated and sent by registered air mail would cost around 13 to 15 dollars (i live in Mexico) If i make the same operation at the nearest auction competitor here in America (but they don´t consolidate) it´ll be about 24 dollars. On top of that this very same auction site in America is now more expensive since they are charging taxes and causing that the sellers have to increase the item price,unfortunately this site is very expensive now and i´ve stopped buying from them,or at least not buying like in the past.
Buyee is the site to go nowadays,at least for me it is !”

The only down fall I have found is some sales can not happen if you are a buyer from the U.S.A. and sometime you can not translate the sale to English which can be frustrating at times. But I have some concerns, (1) I can't select multiple items in the cart for checkout and I have to do it individually. (2) I can't ask the seller if the item is still available so, cancellation happens because some items are still there even if they are already sold. (3) Fee in consolidation is kind of expensive. I hope that they will do something about my concerns. I will still use Buyee on my next purchase but I'll be more careful in choosing and consolidating the items. “Horrible high fees, you have many other fees to pay like Buyee service fees 300 yen, payment fees 200 yen, plan program fees (various options) and package consolidation fees (extra 1000 yen on top of your international shipping fee), and they charge expensive international shipping (higher than other proxy companies) so many fees ended up paying a lot more than expected. Not recommended!”
