“I'm first time using buyee. Generally customer service is responsive with email replies within 24h. Unfortunately online associates are not available on Saturdays and Sundays when it matters most. Fees are high. Each purchase costs ¥500 at the most basic (¥300 service fee + ¥200 payment fee). That makes it very costly to buy stuffs less than ¥2,500. Worst is it takes too long between receiving our orders and actually making the purchase, thus risking missing out on listings with very good offers. This should be improved. There should be associates on standby 24/7 to execute order requests promptly.”

I've tried two different ways of shipping, the time can vary depending on your country's policies when it comes to packages, so be aware it can take time to get to you (DHL is super fast, but a little pricey).
All packages I've gotten were intact with zero damage.
Their customer service provides quick responses and is easy to communicate with!
Buyee also doesn't include sold out items when you search on Mercari, so you don't have to be disappointed when you click on an item that's not available anymore.”
“My shopping experience with Buyee has been great, although a little bit pricey.
You can bid without a previous deposit in Yahoo! Auctions, which is quite good! But most of the time, you have to pay a 500 Yen fee per item bought + shipping from the sellers to the warehouse in Japan, then international shipping again.
That being said, everything I've bought has been bought by the Buyee team flawlessly and the fact that they have occasional %off coupons for international shipping or coupons for free fees makes Buyee a great service if you want to buy safely from Mercari, Rakuten and others! Just keep in mind the fees haha.
