Buyee allows me to purchase Pretty much anything (except perfume or nail polish) but I have to use their service at certain times of the day to make sure the item I want gets bought successfully before someone else grabs it.
Buyee has a really great customer service team, if I have any questions, I just send them an email and I get a response very quickly which is awesome and they are quite friendly in my experiences.
I like Buyee's constant promotions but real talk I'm gonna need their FREE SHIPPING coupons to make a come back, 500 yen is not enough when the order is past $100. I've mentioned this before and I'll keep saying it until I log in and see that lovely FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COUPON.
All in all Buyee is a great service to use, they have excellent coupons (if your a first time user) and the customer service is very polite and quick to respond to questions or any other concerns you might have. Just know that they have a 500 yen service fee. It's not that bad if you have a good shipping coupon...*hint hint* :)

“Using the website is pretty easy to do. Buying from Mercari, they have on lock. The service's response is a little slower than I'd like when winning something cheap quickly is of concern. I have missed out on items because of the 1-2 day response time. They could cut back on some of the excess fees though. Package consolidation is one that is very overpriced for the lack of service provided. When you're paying $5-$15 to consolidate packages, it would be nice to have them actually properly repack instead of just throwing the existing boxes into a bigger box. Other than the unnecessary fees for throwing boxes into another box, and making shipping cost too much because of that, the service is fine.”
“Buyee auction is okay, but there are things that could be better:
- International shipments via EMS are terribly expensive, please add other couriers for customers oversea.
- it would be nice if you bought multiple items from a seller to package them together.
- the online assistant can only answer via standard questions
Adding discounts to so many auction items is a plus.”

“It took 6 months to get a refund for a package that got stuck cause of the covid... I sent message back and forth to the customer service and they were not answering my questions and responding super polite it became very impolite and almost like a game of insults. Like sending me links in Japanese, so I asked for a link in English and they tell me to use Google translate... seriously. I'm not doing business with buyee ever again! “I´ve written in the past that Buyee is the best thing that has happened to everyone outside of Japan and that´s because that japanese items are now available to get at a very reasonable price ! On top of that they are giving discount coupons on a regular basis that makes you save even more money,unbeliavable !
