I try to speak to the buyee manager, since the customer service does not adequately respond to my problem. Briefly, I won a bet on items, but before betting there was a customer service employee who told me that since the weight 30 kg the item(2*46 kg) will be sent by UPS. I look at the UPS fees and it suited me. Once in the warehouse I am told it is with DHL and the shipping costs have doubled, 200,000 yen for the 2 items, more expensive than the items sold. If I had known that, I would not have bet. I had questions to customer service and everything they say we are sorry for that, but we send with DHL, while on the DHL table the maximum weight is 30kg.
This amount I can not pay and I can no longer cancel the bet, worse customer service does not want to recognize that there was an error in their level.
