We'll start out by saying I used them for years and never had an issue now that I finally had a problem where item I spent hundreds of dollars on came damaged I paid for their optional inspection and insurance plan to make things worse the damage was caused by a poor repacking on their side where they stuck the item in a box three times the size with nothing more than one layer of little bubble wrap and a couple pillow packs binary simply responded over and over again that they could not verify the original condition from the auction therefore I am not entitled to any refund even though it's clearly their fault not to mention what the point of paying for inspection if they don't inspect it even though it has a inspection sticker on it just place truly is a scam selling you fake coverage and refusing any type of customer service when things go wrong and definitely would never trust them with anything of value

So i go for Buyee's custom service request for help, and they replied me refund cannot be made, and throw out :

I was eligible for a coupon but despite the web page showing the deducted amount, when I finalized it paypal deducted the amount without the coupon. I contacted customer service and they admitted that I was eligible for the coupon but they would not refund me the amount which is very disappointing. Stick with the alternatives like zenmarket.
