Great choice of IT hardware, with detailed descriptions and tech specifications. Efficient delivery. BID promised my laptop would be delivered to Belgium within a week - it arrived within a day and a half. VAT can be deducted at the moment of purchase. Planning to buy more hardware on BID.

Ordered a washing machine on Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning. The delivery driver was very helpful. It was cheaper than AO.Com too. Can highly recommend.

I have left a detailed review about Buy it Direct a two times in the past three weeks,and I believe that particularly this sharp review was the engine for the company to look at the issue and solve this to the customer's favour. I was contacted by the customer service team person ,which organised a re- collection of the second wrong hob,and now I'm waiting for final delivery.I believe that this time will all go through  without any bigger issue.The company's quality is recognisable only in the moment when an issue occurs,in this case I have found the way to get to this point and Buy it Direct on the other hand showed a gratitude for accepting the apology and me staying to be their future client . As an advice to the other customer which left the same bad reference as I did, I'd say this :1. Do not give up,even if you are so lost as I was and keep trying to get someone's attention and care of the problem. 2. do use the option to get a call back,even if you will have to do it a couple times,they see in the system you have tried all ready and you are in the queue 3. always double check if the customer service person really comprehended what is the issue. and understand how to fix problem 4. do not wait without initiative for too long ,that the issue will be solved,Keep repeating your interest to be your case solved,the online retailers are busy at the moment,if you don't remind yourself ,you will definitely get lost in the crowd.5. if the company shows efforts to solve their mistake ,take a time to finish the previous review and put the whole story ,with its end. It is more than fair to tell your co- buyers your anger but tell them how it ended too. thank you for reading it all

I have write the review all ready ,but to be more focus on facts. The Buy it direct was selling the hob on their website with wrong picture to the wrong type number and details,I have bought the hob not knowing this fact,even in confirmation email I got the picture of the hob tough I was buying with the words '' this is what you purchased '' In the delivery came wrong type ,of course, It took me a couple days to get someone on the phone ,and it took me a few more calls ,till they comprehend ,and ADMITTED ,that the mistake is their fold and they will replace my hob. They said that the collection is ordered for exact day,we waited at home all day ,nothing had happened, we were waiting another two days ,before the collection had happen,and than we wait another 5 days to get delivery of replacement,guess what ? THE WRONG TYPE AGAIN ! so all over again , we contacted the customer service,we didn't want to wait another number of the days for SECOND collection so we offered to drop it on DPD 30km away from us,the customer service said to send new return label,we were waiting all day for the label,nothing had show up , so we had to call them again,in the next call with the same useless approach we were promised to get the label in then minutes,to be able to take parcel and drop it on dpd,the girl did swear she made the order for collection,and let us to go on dpd for NOTHING,because they didn't had any order for collection in system,we had to go with parcel back to home.The LABEL we finally got in last email,was exactly the same as the last one so I even doubt that the parcel would get to them and I strongly believe,that they would blame us of lose of the parcel ! Have anyone ever seen so much of stupidity and sauciness in one company ? I have big doubt that in the Buy it direct,is even one person with IQ high enough to finish this shocking sample of total inability to do online business,I really doubt I will ever get the right induction hob I have purchased. I think that the Buy it direct is doing all this focused bully to damage Ireland market and its customers I personally feel it as Discrimination and racist attack by British company towards Irish client.And there is no place on this planet to get justice and help! no one cares.

We purchased a bunk bed through this group’s company FURNITURE 123, it would appear that the bed was defective as the sides/corners of the bed were unduly sharp, particularly given that it was intended as a bed for children. None of the edges / 90 degree corners around the bed have been rounded/smoothened up and as a result this is hazardous for any type of furniture but even more so for a child’s product . One would be unable to run their finger across without a “cutting feeling” or rest to any part of the bed without feeling pain! This has resulted to my son’s injury and we needed to attend the A&E on the first night I’ve contacted the company‘a complaints department and was assigned a case manager but although I was promised on 3 occasions a call that has not happened! I was asked photos 3 times and still nothing !!! Reading the reviews later I came to the understanding , that the company has been made aware of this several times (I have some reviews to send you if you would like them) and at least one more customer’s child sustained the same injury. This could potentially be breach of contract and negligence on the grounds that the bed was not of satisfactory quality, nor was it fit for its purpose as a child’s bed as we suffered an injury on the first night of using it. Does someone need to go down the legal route to have a fair resolution or do you value your customers and more importantly their children ? Thanks in advance Roberto & Lucy

I have bad experience with them, i was waiting for my item very long time, on the end a got refund but not 100%. They didnt give me money back for delivery. Very bad customer service. They are Shams and thieves. Stay away from them.

First time using buy it direct. Ordered a phone over 2 MONTHS ago, paid €400 for it. Still haven't recieved the phone. They said there was a problem with the courier and there investigating it,that was 6 weeks ago. I asked for a refund, they wont give it. Now I have to go to solicitor and take it further. Long story short, I would not use this company to buy anything from. There nothing short of criminal. Regards Steve Co. Cork IRELAND
