"I ordered two N20 CPAP cushions.\r\nThey sent me one F20 cushion.\r\nI asked for a refund.\r\n\r\nI said that I would return the product.\r\nThey said that they DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ever for any reason.\r\nThey charged my card $55.00\r\n\r\nI send the product back to them.\r\nI have proof of sending it back.\r\nI filed a dispute with my credit card company.\r\n\r\nThey lied in their answer to my credit card company.\r\nNEVER do any business with them!!!\r\nYou can most of the same items on Amazon for a lower price.\r\n\r\nI am going to file a BBB report.\r\nThey are NOT a 1*star company.\r\nThey are a minus 5* company.\r\n\r\nAlso their customer service people are Rude and Stupid as well.\r\nDon't do business with them.\r\nI have a photo of the N20 cushion that I ordered and I also include a photo\r\nof the F20 which is what they sent.\r\n\r\nTheir customer hangs up on you in the middle of the call."
