“An item that I purchased from byggebo.com was never delivered! I’m in contact with their customer service team but I’m very unhappy with the way they are handling my complaint: they are slow and not efficient in their replies. I have no idea when will I receive the missing item that I paid for.”
“We still haven’t received the order for the chair that we ordered before Christmas even though we were promised that it will be delivered on time. The chair contains baby insert which is for use of up to 6 months which is obviously time critical given that our baby is almost 3 months already. The team is unable to provide us any timeframe for delivery as well as not calling back with information when promised. This behaviour is unacceptable for a reputable shop.”
“My experience has been appalling even that does not adequately capture the frustration and stress I have endured over a simple but rather expensive purchase. Byggebo is marketed as a supplier of luxury baby goods with price tags to match its just a shame the customer service lets it down so massively. I have been chasing an order since November 22nd which cost in the region of €500. I have emailed I have called I have been patient and now I am disgusted to find that while the order has finally arrived it is incorrect and missing parts. I have had to order said missing parts from Bella Baby who have been most helpful and sympathetic to my plight as I could not make contact with either store regardless of repeated attempts. This review may be the only way any light gets shone on my seemingly impossibly tricky order of two items. But I expect that my issues are addressed and I am compensated for the extra charges I have incurred in order to secure the required parts from Bella baby. This has been a joke from start to finish.”

“Really disappointed experience and do not rate this store at all. From the outset not accepting my €500 One4All voucher - only letting me use €200 towards my purchase of a cot, matter and sheets. To when paid for no cot as had been damaged. Then when replacement stock arrived no sheets as all sold! The final issue was DPD driver just dumped everything in front drive as hubby stood at door watching him! Very little in way of apology from store, even after explaining that hubby was just out of hospital following heart surgery and it had started raining and he had to carry delivery inside himself. Will not be going back to Byggebo Sandyford that’s for sure!”

Fin qui tutto bene.
A poche ore dall’ordine mi chiamano per chiedermi di cambiare il colore del fasciatoio perché non disponibile (anche se sullo store era chiaramente in stock).
Ok, no problem cambio colore (nessuno sconto offerto, richiesto da me ma negato dal servizio clienti).
Di conseguenza chiedo che mi venga cambiato il colore del materassino, perché il colore del fasciatoio proposto in cambio dal servizio clienti, non si accoppiava al colore del materasso (specifico che il tutto è accaduto durante la stessa mattinata).
Risposta del servizio clienti: nessun problema, bloccata la spedizione del materassino con relativo cambio di colore richiesto.
Poche ore dopo mi viene spedito il materasso del colore sbagliato e non viene sostituito come promesso.
Dopo più di 10 mail, l’unica soluzione proposta dal Servizio Clienti è la sostituzione del materassino con costi di spedizione a mio carico!
Per un errore NON mio.
In sintesi, non comprerò mai più su questo sito, scriverò sui social e su google di questa esperienza ed infine mi metterò in contatto con la CEO Amanda Cunningham.

“My experience with Bygge Bo is not so great, unfortunatelly. When I made an order, there was no mention of possible delivery delays. First part of my order was delivered after 4 weeks, but I had to wait for the rest to come for another 4-5 weeks. My due date was approaching and I had to contact Support Team to check the status of my delivery (the car seat was the issue as it is mandatory when leaving the hospital with a newborn). I was told that it won’t be delivered before September and they offered me a car seat on loan, which I accepted. But, never got that car seat, so had to loan some from my friend. The car seat was finally delivered last week. I don’t have plans to make any purchase from this store again. Thank you.”
“Order placed in may received it eventually in July order wasn’t complete as there was no rain cover in stock after it was paid for plus what I ordered was damaged so was discounted at 20% which just wasn’t good enough after that amount of wait time.”
“Extremaly poor online customer service. I purchesed €500 worth of products from them, stated 2-3 days delivery available. I got an email after purchase that its only a pre- order and wont be available until 3-4 weeks. After that time i heard nothing from them again. I had to email them and recieved very short answer that it was dispached with dpd. After another week and another email i recieved no reply , just a note from dpd that it was dispatched the next day. It looks like they forgot to send it and once i reminded them it only happened then. Didnt even bother to reply to me. My very first and last purchase from them!”
