I ordered the first one in April for my own daughter and received the wrong colour chair.
I decided to give ByggeBo a second go and ordered a second Tripp Trapp as a gift for my nephew. My order was placed on 28th of September and wasn't fully filled until the 9th of November.
Both times I found the customer service to be a bit lacking - with my most recent order I was assured on a number of occasions that the remaining items in my order would ship within a few days only for them not to show up, with no follow up from ByggeBo until the next contact promising delivery would be made.”
“I love byggebo and all the products that it offers. However, I was really disappointed about communication with regards the shipping of my orders. I never received any notification from byggebo or dpd for either delivery and was not at home to receive them.
