To be honest I had very good experience with customer service, they been very good and changing things I asked for and quickly responded to my emails. I am very happy with the car seat I ordered, great quality and love material. Quickly posted!

I was extremely disappointed with my shopping experience with Bygge Bo. I placed an order on the 4th June for the Tripp Trapp complete set and other items. I emailed four days later to check the order had been processed as I had used One4All vouchers and had not heard anything re the order. Bygge Bo replied to tell me that they were waiting on the harness and tray for the chair and then the order would be shipped. I then received an email on the 11th June to say the cushion we had chosen was not available and could I choose another, which I did. My order was then shipped on the 18th June, received on 19th June. However, the harness for the chair was not in the delivery, and when I emailed about this on 2nd July (giving time for a second parcel to be sent to me) I was told that it was out of stock and that it was expected in the next 7-10 working days . I didn't receive the remainder of my order until a month later, on 3rd August. My communication with the company was varied; Sarah was polite in offering explanations for delays and apologies, but any other contact I had didn't seem to be too bothered in my order. From first order to full delivery, we waited almost 9 weeks and I appreciate that delays can happen, but I think that our experience, and the length of time waiting, was very disappointing.

I am very pleased with the shopping experience at your store. It was very easy to find the item I purchased and it arrived at the recipient within three days. I suggested your store to my other family members.

it was such a lovely and pleasant shopping experience at BygeeBoo Becaon south quarters. sales women (Shame, We didn’t ask for her name) was So patiently answering all our questions and pretty much bought the product in less than 10 minutes flat !!!

I'm frankly baffled about the service here. the wrong items got delivered (it happens) and I reached out to customer support. They first asked if I could drive to the store myself to swap the products. Not everyone own a car and for a family-oriented business you should know that travelling with babies/children isn't necessarily easy. But that's ok, I just ask if we could arrange a pick-up. They made me wait 3 days before setting up a DHL pick-up, and despite asking several times they never kept me informed about the details, so the courrier showed up suddenly in the middle of my meetings (lucky me I work from home). I gave the item back. Nonetheless, they wouldn't send the correct product before making sure the collection was done, making me sound as if I'd stole them when I'm the one who reached out in the first place to find an honest solution to this mess. It's now 10 days since the original order and I am *still* waiting to receive the items I payed for initially. A complete disgrace.

Very helpful, I called to see could I use multiple one for all voucher and card split payment, I was sent on the link straight away, paid and my purchase was delivered within 2 days!

I ordered a sebra baby cot on 5th May which arrived on 16th May with some very damaged parts in transit. The product was packaged very poorly. They managed to send me the replacement parts on 25th June! more than 1 month after delivery. Customer service was responsive and they sent me a voucher for 50 euros however it did not really cover my frustration. Next time I would buy the bed directly frm Sebra.

I cannot recommend Nicola and Byggebo enough for customer service, know-how and after-care. We purchased our pram and carseat from Byggebo and are so very happy with the price and functionality of both. Five Stars!
