“The boots arrived very promptly, with a great tracking facility to check on delivery times. The boots themselves are very sturdy and appear great quality. The fit appears true to size and fitted well. Unfortunately, I ordered brown boots but black were dispatched but this error was dealt with very efficiently and with great communication to update me. All in all I couldn't fault anythin, a really great product and service.”

“Needed head torches with red light for scout night hikes. These are well priced, seem fairly robust and are a good price. Delivered within a couple of days, well packaged. Not used just yet so can’t comment on reliability.”

“Purchasing boots for my daughter was so straight forward and easy. I really liked that just after ordering I received a really warm, genuine email inviting me to get in touch should I need to. This was really reassuring, especially as I thought there may be a chance I'd need to change the size. Having a direct email and contact name made me feel that it would be easy to sort out if that happened. The boots arrived exactly when the notification message said they would, they're great quality and fitted well so no need to exchange. Overall an easy, stress free purchase with a very competent company.”
