“The whole process of ordering was very easy and efficient. What wasn't altogether efficient was the delivery process. A package that could easily have been put through the letterbox was not delivered because there wasn't anybody in to sign for the package! Perhaps a review of the delivery element; applying common sense may work better for the customer and save the delivery company having to make a second journey.”

We're always trying to improve our delivery process and are reviewing with DPD the best ways to deliver including providing them authorisation in advance to post through letter boxes for example. “recieved items the next day but no invoice,spoke to someone in customer care who was very pleasant and said she would e-mail invoice over to me but as yet still waiting”
