“Despite atrocious conditions with gale-force winds and rain on the day of the installation, the team managed to successfully fit our large picture window. We were very happy with the professional attitude and experience of the guys that were on-site that day.”

“We waited 14 months from paying a deposit to installation, during which time we were contacted just once - we would have valued more regular and meaningful communication. We were told installation would take 5 days (1 week) but it actually took 8 days over 3 weeks - again, better communication would have been welcomed. We were often informed after 4pm one day, that work would be taking place at 8:30am the next day - which was tricky to manage with both of us working full time. We were concerned that a lone working roofer fell from the roof during the works - very surprised he was not working with someone and with fall protection. Hugely disappointed that we did not receive any apology, feedback or discount due to blinds not being reinstated because they no longer fit. Trades work completed well and guys very pleasant to have around, but communication was really poor.”

“The installation was carried out very well by experienced staff , but despite two e mails asking for Cairngorm's " written guarantee for the work done " as shown in their contract with me I never received a reply . I still have no guarantee from the company .”

“The team that carried out the solar panel and light tunnel installation were fantastic but the customer service following on from the initial quote was dreadful. Whereas we acknowledge that some delays were beyond their control, the lack of updates and proactive comms was not good.”

“Very pleased with door but lost 2 stars because we had to have 2 later visits to adjust door. First call as you could see light between door and frame when it was closed . Second visit the door was hitting frame with the locking lugs needing adjustment again seems ok now”

“Although getting a fitting appointment took a very long time due to COVID backlogs etc ce the fitting team arrived they were super efficient and the finished job was excellent.”

“I too had a quote for my elderly Dad and these people quoted around 30% higher than any other company in this area for same work, wasn't impressed and obviously went elsewhere. Very pushy sales guy.”

“Quote for windows for my Dad were at least £2000 above all others !! Not sure that the company offers any extras which weren't included in other quotes. Spoke to friends who had similar work done. Advice stay away from these people”
