“Trip to Blackpool with a day excursion to Liverpool. The Caledonian Hotel was good, so were the staff, ever so helpful and pleasant👍 the breakfast and 3 course evening dinner was plentiful, a different course each night. Free tea and coffee during the entire trip. We bought the drinks package and wouldn’t do this again as most of it went unused. Our driver didn’t have a lot to say other than a few moans about mis information on his schedule list. There was so little engagement with the passengers on board. When you are on holiday you don’t want to hear moans!! All in all I would do this wee trip again. Thanks Caledonian.”

“Twixmas London trip. Our coach driver was Jason, who was absolutely first class. We hadn't realised the trip included guided travel into the city each day and Jason certainly knew his stuff. The International Hotel on Canary Wharf was decent enough..although we had to change rooms 3 TIMES the first night, no power in 1st one, no working TV in 2nd one, after which we were upgraded but found next morning that the shower didn't work! They did resolve that immediately though. The food choices were basic, and limited for vegetarians but apart from these gripes, (and the noise/ music from the adjoining room half the night, not the hotel's fault) it was a good trip!”

“Fab trip to Folkestone Grand Bursin and Bruges with 5 friends. Coach journey fine. Hotel very welcoming. Room 737 great view of the Harbour and recently a bit of a refurb. Pics I'll add later. Food fine, only complaint was the old fashioned shower over the bath (type going from the taps) really needs to be replaced completely as the room proudly displays in the corridor the Premier sign. Hats off to Caledonian drivers Mark and Duncan who successfully got us back from France when we found ourselves caught up in Frances national strike on Wednesday and were stranded at Calais. Got back via Dunkirk which was hastily arranged.”

“Just got back from a weekend in lllandudno stayed at the grand hotel. The hotel was clean and the food good but could have been better with main course and dessert with the options it was very basic. I traveled with my mum who is 82 and has very bad with her mobility but she had a great time with help given from our lovely driver Jason he was so helpful and had a great sense of humour, hopefully meet you again on our next trip. Michelle”

“Just back a couple of weeks ago from Llandudno my husband and I want to say that our driver Michelle blonde hair can’t remember her surname but she was fantastic lovely nothing was any trouble for her she went above and beyond kept us informed about everything I think everyone on the coach felt the same the hotel chatsworth was nice and clean friendly people food ok but bar prices are a bit over the top”

“Just back from cruise steam and dales. Only one fault is a lot more pick up stops than was advertised. The group i was with were great we all got on from the start, laughing and joking all the time. Our driver stephen(stevie) was brilliant let us know where we were going , times eyc and was very polite and chatty throughout. I would definitely travel with this company again.”

“Just got back from the Cotswold 4 nights With paul the driver he was so nice and respectful We were at Royal court hotel beautiful hotel rooms are not glamorous but clean the Manager was really nice very helpful Food was ok The tours were great we had great time Caledonia thanks”

“just arrived back from a trip to Folkestone/Canterbury/Bruges. Walter our driver was superb patient/funny /kind and knowledgeable expert driver the trip was great and we would recommend. hotel basic but covered all needs all in all a very enjoyable experience”

“Thank u for lovely break to southport with Jonny our driver who made the trip so interesting even changing days out according to the weather he is new to the job and i wish him good luck for the future also lovely comfortable coach, hotel basic but clean staff professional and helpful I will b going with Caledonia again if possible great value for money entertainment also 😁 exceptional value basic accomodation but clean .Staff polite and helpful p”

“Returned last week from a trip to London and The Chelsea Flower Show. As you would expect the three days were busy and tiring but enjoyable. Our driver (Steve) looked after us dealing with any problems that occurred. We stayed two nights at the the Pentahotel (Reading) ........room ok and was clean and tidy (we could smell cannabis coming from a nearby room), staff helpful but to us the restaurant could not cope with two coachloads of visitors. Dinners limited to a few dishes (and not very good choice) and on the second night we went out for a takeaway because of this. So good and bad in this trip. We are travelling later in the year on another trip elsewhere so looking forward to that.”

“we had a 4day break staying inSouthport from May 6th the hotelSCARISBRICK was old but clean and comfortable and the meals were good, the 2 excursions were very good, the Beatles tour and Chester. the coach driver Darren was very good and very pleasant to talk to. We are looking for another trip later in the year and it will be with Caledonian Travel”

“Had a coach trip to Blackpool, Monday to Friday on 6th May. The driver, Stephen, was so friendly, helpful and made the journey enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly, and he always had a smile on his face. I hope you let him know that he is doing a great job. It makes all the difference when the driver helps to make the trip a happy experience.”

“Just returned from cornwall newquay.staying at the beresford hotel.the stay was very nice food excelent staff very helpfull and pleasant. Driver excelent. The only thing was we were not told we would be on feeder coach and that did not have cornwall st ives on the front.but st moures not knowing were this place was we did not bother when it pull into coach park, Also at the other end of the station to were we were to wait. We arrived at the station at 7 15 But did not know we needed this coach till 8.15 when they were calling the name of the coach destination.curiossity drew me to the coach and asked if this place was in cornwall the lady did not Know. But the driver asked my name And said he had me down for newquay. We could hAve missed this couch all you or the driver had to do was from you send text explaining the couch would not say cornwall or the driver to call a y o e for cornwall not st moures. Plus we also did not know about eden project a few of us on the bus Had cornish coast but mine had meviguisy as well as st ives i feel We could have had a longer stay But the driver made the trip enjoyable but i thought it was worth mensioning for future refrence for any other feeder couch pasanger With different destinations Jane”

“Just returned from 4day trip staying at the adamton country house. Very pleasant stay hotel was comfortable and clean . Plenty of hot water. Food was good home cooked . Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a bit dated but a beauitiful country house with original panelling and coving. Rooms are being refurbished. Will stay again. cumbre island and portpatrick were beautiful scenic fishing villages and harbours. Our driver Paul was always happy and chatty. Will be back.”

“Just got back from Llandudno a great break stayed at the new sorrento a lovely hotel staff very good the bus broke down on the way back home but Jim the driver pulled into a service station and rang the company and they another bus but the mechanic on the other bus fixed the problem and we were back on the in two hours a great holiday with my grandmaster she loved it we met some lovely people especially the two ladies that we sat with they were great xx”
