“Callaway PreOwned....you guys are so far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with.....you have had my trade in for over 30 days, now saying it going to take 45-60 to process; when you website says 10-14 days to process. Why am I posting here, because your customer service needs major work!!! Good thing I don't have my refund yet, I would've rented a billboard to place this rant....lol”

“I ordered a set of Apex 21 irons and traded in an a set of DCB Apex for a great deal, the Apex 21 were in great shape but after a short time I decided I liked the more forgiving DCB Apex’s. I worked with salesmen Simon and Bo and they both were excellent, Callaway sent me my older clubs and credited my card for the Apex 21’s I returned.”

“Over the years I have bought all my clubs from Brian Macaffee .I would have to say he is first class. All my clubs were sent in top shape and like brand new at a huge saving”

“Ordered a driver on July 12th, paid for 2 day shipping and some how the address was changed after I placed my order. When I was tracking my purchase I noticed it was going to the wrong location and I called CS and the stopped the delivery to the incorrect address and said i would be refunded for my shipping cost. This club was ordered for a veterans golf tournament as a fund raiser so it didn’t make it in time and CS has been impossible to reach now as I still haven’t received the club as the tracking number just keeps getting pushed out in 2 day increments!! I will think hard before I order for this site again for something so important. It’s a shame as I love my Callaway clubs as they always support!!”

“I have been dealing with Callaway golf off and on since its inception. I have bought numerous items throughout the years. Their clubs have always been exceptional when I received them from fairway woods thru drivers I have been pleased I did have a club once that I sent back because it had a small mark center of top sent it back and they sent a replacement same day which I was pleased when I got it very fast shipping especially in these days.I am a retired police officer if this helps Yes there not perfect but they will make it right and where else can you by a club and after a month of hitting it send it back and they take a small fee. I am also selling things on eBay with 1700 transactions with 100 percent feedback which should tell you something my names is David niezgoda 180 brookside ave Amsterdam ny”

“I had purchased the Mavricks about a year ago. They didn't work out so I sent them back. No issues. Was ready for a new set. Landed on the 19 Apex Forged. Love them. Web-site says they're certified pre-owned. They look new to me. Wrapped so as to protect the heads. Was pleasantly surprised. Love my new irons. Would definitely buy form these guys again. Also cheaper from the website. Better deal than same clubs on eBay.”

“I ordered Apex 2019 clubs in "Good" condition, and I am very pleased with the way they look. The face have almost no blemishes and there are a few scratches on the soles from use. For the price I paid (1/3 the cost of brand new) you can't beat it. If you buy your clubs brand new, one day on the course and your clubs will look like the ones I bought. I am very please with what I got and the condition they are in. The grips look brand new.”

“I recently just made my first purchase from Callaway pre-owned. A set of Mavrik max irons. The website said like new condition and when I opened the box I have to say the condition was outstanding!!! Every club was individually wrapped in a plastic club bag with shrink wrap on the heads and also covered by bubble wrap. When I unwrapped the clubs they were immaculate! Not a single mark or scuff!! And the best part is that I got this set of irons for $300 cheaper than a new set in stores. Callaway pre-owned has earned a lifetime customer for sure”

“I've ordered a lot of clubs in the past. Callaway pre owned has the best of everything! The last few clubs I ordered were stated to be in very good condition and they were excellent. I can't tell they've ever hit a ball. One had a demo grip on it but must not have been used on the course. Not a mark on it! Delivered early everytime and great prices. You'd be foolish to buy new. I've got some clubs that weren't in very good condition before from other sites but Callaway pre owned is the real deal. Good looking out Callaway pre owned!”

“Placed an order on March 17. Cancelled order on March 18. Item never left the warehouse yet my $200 refund has not yet been posted and it’s April 3. Shameful service on Callaway’s part.”

“Callaway Preowned and PXG are awful for returning golf clubs. Worse then any retailer in the golf business. Restocking fees and return shipping. Two to 4 weeks to process your returns.”

“I like in Canada and bought a like new set of apex 21 irons from Callaway preowned. The set arrived and they were in horrendous shape. Each of the 7 irons were either dented or the faces of the clubs had be severely marked up from use. When I contacted them they asked for pictures which I provided and they said yes these irons were not in the advertised condition and offered $35 for the error. I asked for a replacement set as I had bought a like new set and was sold a below average set. They said no, and to send back if I wanted to. So I have to send back at my cost ($110) and I am out the customs cost of $155. To only offer $35 compensation for their mistake is appalling, but I think this may be a sales tactic they are now using to move stock. rate it higher than it is and if there is push back to offer a stupid low compensation and hope that plus the nuisance to ship back makes the customer keep the clubs. Very poor business practice as they admitted they made a mistake and would not make it right . I will be telling all my Canadian golf buddies to steer clear.”

“I have purchased many of clubs from this site and been happy. In fact I have been sending a bunch of friends there to purchase stuff also. Last week I tried purchasing a club and before I checked out. It was already sold. I have no problem with this. My problem is I found the same club again today. I purchased it. Received a confirmation of purchase and took a picture of it. But hen I called them. They first gave me the run around then finally someone told me the truth that they sold it to someone else. They didn’t offer to find one. Or tell me when they get the next one I can have it. No epping towed me what so ever. This has now affected my belief in this company. I will not be referring anymore friends here.me I will tell the ones I have what has happened to me with no one really caring.”

“I sent the golf clubs under the trade in trade up arrangement but I was short changed . It took time for me to find out that they said my trade is in question which was never communicated to me. i tried to reach out to them but I have not received an answer after 1 month. Think twice before you deal with this company.”

“Cost me 40 +$ to try flash star 3 hybrid. I can't hit it although head weight is suppose to be lighter. Swung club 4 times. Ill be careful ordering cpo again. Expensive lesson.”

“Received sub zero driver and in decent shape plus a headcover and tool. This is second driver I have purchased and am very happy with callaway preowned and will tell my friends.”
