Great clubs, but had to return a defective putter with a lose head and can't get a hold of someone by email or phone no matter how hard i try. What a mess!

I have been trading-in clubs for years with Callaway preowned but they seem to have problems now. I traded a driver in over 45 days ago and they never gave me credit. I contacted them by email and he told me my driver was dented and the trade-in manager will call me. My driver was like brand new when I sent it with no scratches or dents. I responded by email " I am sorry but there was no dent in my driver when I shipped it. I have spent a lot of money over the years with Callaway and have traded in quite a few clubs and have “ never” been accused of sending in a dented club. Look at my trade in history. “I know the rules on club trade”. My honesty now has come into question which I don’t appreciate. To take 45 days to evaluate a trade and then call my trade in a damaged club is extremely upsetting to me. I am a 8 handicap and have traded in many clubs over the years with Callaway and have “never” been accused of sending in a dented club". They never responded back to this email and the trade-in manager NEVER called. STAY AWAY FROM TRADING WITH THEM FOR NOW. They seem to be having problems other than their claims of high trade volume.

Ordered a driver paid for 2 day shipping 3 days later my club still hasn't shipped called customer service they made up some story Avoid Callaway worst customer service in the golfing industry

If you are planning on trading a club in.. don’t expect payment for that club for at least 6-8 weeks after it has been delivered. In my case I had waited 3 months before I was paid for the trade in club after it was delivered with tracking verification. In my opinion, you should try and sell your club with different option, as this is way too long for them to pay you for your trade in clubs.

Having previously purchased from Callaway Preowned, I knew I would be purchasing authentic / quality merchandise.. I recently purchased a preowned Rogue ST Max, and couldn't be happier ...As a 73 year old 7 handicap golfer I was inspired to make a new driver selection, based on product reviews and the wear on my Epic Flash...just returning from the course having shot a 4 over par 75 ( from the white tees)...the Rogue made all the difference. I was consistently 20+ yards longer with the ST Max, and had several drives greater than 270 yds...I'm playing a 9 degree loft , neutral setting with a regular Tension 55 gram flex...glad I made the switch...can't wait till my next round...than you Callaway preowned

Same as others. Traded in a driver, now 2 months and have not received money for the trade. Called several times, “we’re getting to yours”. I call BS, nobody does business this way. Avoid this clown show. You suck Callaway..

Ordered a Rouge 4 iron graphite shaft, received a email notice "It appears that one or more item in your current order has been labeled incorrectly or is missing from our inventory." Please respond to this email or call customer service directly for assistance. 1 week after that they could not find it, or something else was wrong, Called after an hour on hold never picked responded to email 3 times before getting an email. stating that do not have the club. Finally my credit card is being refunded ( after another 48 hours)

Been waiting 52 days for money from trade. Never again. Used to be a decent transaction, but now is a ripoff.

Purchased irons. Was charged even before our phone call ended. Sent my trade next day. That was December 21 and still no money for my trade. Several phone calls excuses by the ton but still no money. Whats up Calloway?

I used the “Trade In” options and the “Advertisement Stated 7 to 10 days for a Refund on the clubs you trade in. The Customer Service agent said on 1/25/23 that my waiting time for a Refund is NOW 50 Days. Could you call that false Advertising. In my opinion it is.

Love the products and quick shipping. Never had a problem until I ordered new clubs in December and traded my Mavriks in . 42 days later and not a dime for my trade. I’m pretty sure they have re-sold them by now.. Horrible way to do business and 6 weeks for a refund and still nothing. Buyers Beware ! Wouldn’t advise trading your sticks in to Callway Preowned.

Callaway PreOwned....you guys are so far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with.....you have had my trade in for over 30 days, now saying it going to take 45-60 to process; when you website says 10-14 days to process. Why am I posting here, because your customer service needs major work!!! Good thing I don't have my refund yet, I would've rented a billboard to place this rant....lol

I ordered a set of Apex 21 irons and traded in an a set of DCB Apex for a great deal, the Apex 21 were in great shape but after a short time I decided I liked the more forgiving DCB Apex’s. I worked with salesmen Simon and Bo and they both were excellent, Callaway sent me my older clubs and credited my card for the Apex 21’s I returned.

Over the years I have bought all my clubs from Brian Macaffee .I would have to say he is first class. All my clubs were sent in top shape and like brand new at a huge saving

Ordered a driver on July 12th, paid for 2 day shipping and some how the address was changed after I placed my order. When I was tracking my purchase I noticed it was going to the wrong location and I called CS and the stopped the delivery to the incorrect address and said i would be refunded for my shipping cost. This club was ordered for a veterans golf tournament as a fund raiser so it didn’t make it in time and CS has been impossible to reach now as I still haven’t received the club as the tracking number just keeps getting pushed out in 2 day increments!! I will think hard before I order for this site again for something so important. It’s a shame as I love my Callaway clubs as they always support!!

I have been dealing with Callaway golf off and on since its inception. I have bought numerous items throughout the years. Their clubs have always been exceptional when I received them from fairway woods thru drivers I have been pleased I did have a club once that I sent back because it had a small mark center of top sent it back and they sent a replacement same day which I was pleased when I got it very fast shipping especially in these days.I am a retired police officer if this helps Yes there not perfect but they will make it right and where else can you by a club and after a month of hitting it send it back and they take a small fee. I am also selling things on eBay with 1700 transactions with 100 percent feedback which should tell you something my names is David niezgoda 180 brookside ave Amsterdam ny

I had purchased the Mavricks about a year ago. They didn't work out so I sent them back. No issues. Was ready for a new set. Landed on the 19 Apex Forged. Love them. Web-site says they're certified pre-owned. They look new to me. Wrapped so as to protect the heads. Was pleasantly surprised. Love my new irons. Would definitely buy form these guys again. Also cheaper from the website. Better deal than same clubs on eBay.

This is my "Certified" Pre-owned 3 wood 5 minutes on the range... piece of garbage! ! What do you think? Titlest? TaylorMade? Definitely... go with the superior quality!
