“I ordered the Calkaway Ai smoke max driver, in like new condition, I got the club wrapped in original new wrapping, if it's used it was never hit. Thank you for your great quality and service.”

“Just recieved my apex dcb irons. Ordered like new, recieved brand new. Couldnt be happier. Have ordered from them and Callway and never had an issue at all. Surprised at some of the negative reviwes tbh. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.”

“Purchased a ai smoke max driver, when it arrived the driver was not what I had ordered. Got with customer service and they graciously sent out another driver, it too was not a Ai max driver. I reached out to customer service again and this time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Hayden. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution and made sure that my replacement was what I originally ordered. I was prepared for a difficult time with customer service but Hayden did everything quickly and easily. Thanks for a great experience and yes I’m enjoying the driver and the quality is great.”

“I have purchased and traded clubs with Callaway Pre-Owned several times and the quality has always been great. I recently purchased a set of P790 irons and after my 3rd round I noticed the 7 iron had a crack in the face. I was prepared for a long return process and a difficult time on the phone with customer service however I was blown away by the response. Preston my customer service rep did everything right. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution, even made sure that my replacements had the grips I originally ordered. I was blown away by the response and how quickly and easily he made the process. I will continue to tell all my fellow golfers about the value and the value-added service provided by Callaway Pre-Owned. Customer for life.”

“I see alot of unhappy people commenting about Callaway pre owned in a negative way This has not been my experience with Them I have been purchasing clubs from them for years around 12 yrs To date Honestly the customer service from Callaway pre owned has always been exceptional over the years just wanted to voice my opinion because I was actually surprised about some of the comments I have read in fact always 5 star 🌟 service if you want better clubs spend the extra money and purchase outlet condition or Like new only then you shod not have any issues with condition Thanks and enjoy !!!”

“Having previously purchased from Callaway Preowned, I knew I would be purchasing authentic / quality merchandise.. I recently purchased a preowned Rogue ST Max, and couldn't be happier ...As a 73 year old 7 handicap golfer I was inspired to make a new driver selection, based on product reviews and the wear on my Epic Flash...just returning from the course having shot a 4 over par 75 ( from the white tees)...the Rogue made all the difference. I was consistently 20+ yards longer with the ST Max, and had several drives greater than 270 yds...I'm playing a 9 degree loft , neutral setting with a regular Tension 55 gram flex...glad I made the switch...can't wait till my next round...than you Callaway preowned”

“I ordered a set of Apex 21 irons and traded in an a set of DCB Apex for a great deal, the Apex 21 were in great shape but after a short time I decided I liked the more forgiving DCB Apex’s. I worked with salesmen Simon and Bo and they both were excellent, Callaway sent me my older clubs and credited my card for the Apex 21’s I returned.”

“I have been dealing with Callaway golf off and on since its inception. I have bought numerous items throughout the years. Their clubs have always been exceptional when I received them from fairway woods thru drivers I have been pleased I did have a club once that I sent back because it had a small mark center of top sent it back and they sent a replacement same day which I was pleased when I got it very fast shipping especially in these days.I am a retired police officer if this helps Yes there not perfect but they will make it right and where else can you by a club and after a month of hitting it send it back and they take a small fee. I am also selling things on eBay with 1700 transactions with 100 percent feedback which should tell you something my names is David niezgoda 180 brookside ave Amsterdam ny”

“I had purchased the Mavricks about a year ago. They didn't work out so I sent them back. No issues. Was ready for a new set. Landed on the 19 Apex Forged. Love them. Web-site says they're certified pre-owned. They look new to me. Wrapped so as to protect the heads. Was pleasantly surprised. Love my new irons. Would definitely buy form these guys again. Also cheaper from the website. Better deal than same clubs on eBay.”

“I ordered Apex 2019 clubs in "Good" condition, and I am very pleased with the way they look. The face have almost no blemishes and there are a few scratches on the soles from use. For the price I paid (1/3 the cost of brand new) you can't beat it. If you buy your clubs brand new, one day on the course and your clubs will look like the ones I bought. I am very please with what I got and the condition they are in. The grips look brand new.”

“I recently just made my first purchase from Callaway pre-owned. A set of Mavrik max irons. The website said like new condition and when I opened the box I have to say the condition was outstanding!!! Every club was individually wrapped in a plastic club bag with shrink wrap on the heads and also covered by bubble wrap. When I unwrapped the clubs they were immaculate! Not a single mark or scuff!! And the best part is that I got this set of irons for $300 cheaper than a new set in stores. Callaway pre-owned has earned a lifetime customer for sure”

“I've ordered a lot of clubs in the past. Callaway pre owned has the best of everything! The last few clubs I ordered were stated to be in very good condition and they were excellent. I can't tell they've ever hit a ball. One had a demo grip on it but must not have been used on the course. Not a mark on it! Delivered early everytime and great prices. You'd be foolish to buy new. I've got some clubs that weren't in very good condition before from other sites but Callaway pre owned is the real deal. Good looking out Callaway pre owned!”

“Just received a Callaway XR Speed Driver, condition was advertised as very good, however I would say this has not seen one golf ball as the club and shaft are totally unmarked and looks brand new. The club also came with a wrench and instructions again like new. Delivery was super quick, great club great service.”
