“Excellent. Great service. Unfortunately a retailer garage in Longford refused to accept my €10 Calor Gas voucher. Apart from that I'm really delighted with Calor Gas.”

“I'm very happy with the heater I purchased & the delivery time. On the ad for the heater ot mentioned €10 off cylinder of gas but I didn't receive anything or get any further information on how to get this offer.”

“The service and support I received was very good, however the heater I purchased has been very disappointing as it does not function correctly (it keeps cutting out even though operating in well ventilated area and unable to light at times). As of typing this review, I have requested to return the heater and receive a refund.”

“Excellent product. Only thing is with the synthetic logs. They only throw up 1 flame effect to the left side of the back plate. Not sure whether there should be more flame effect. It would greatly improve the heaters appearance.”

“I ordered on line and the process was very easy. I bought the item for hopefully rare use to boil a kettle if electricity goes off. I did not pay enough attention to checking the dimensions -- purchased the first item listed. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked, and I found it very difficult to source a "reducer" to facilitate using a smaller pan. All is OK, however--- but as I sugessted to the online store, someone should highlight, more obviously, the size of the item. Overall satisfied however.”

“Sievert 3460K Turbo Roofing Propane Gas Blow Torch: build quality is excellent easy to use and am very happy. Delivery was super fast. The only problem I came a across was the customer service I asked them before purchasing about the connection as they differ from ireland to Britain and was assured the connection would suit Irish propane bottle, so when it did not I asked the same customer service guy for help and was ignored, so went to local hardware who advised me to cut off regulator and attach one he sold me this did not work. So went to gas dealer who reattached the one I cut off and gave me a bolt which attaches to original regulator and than bottle simple and easy. Customer service caused a lot of unnecessary hassle for me.”

“I was very happy with my purchase but there was no connecting tube included & it was not made clear that I would need to buy one separately which I now need to do. Also, I have asked in the gas suppliers around me & no one seems to know where I would buy a 6kg cylinder.”
