I ordered and paid online ,the item was delivered in about three days and was easy to assemble, i didn't have any contact with Calor other than as explained so it's difficult to say anything more but I was very happy...

Ordering was easy, no problems. Delivery was fast but it was left in my driveway by the delivery company without them even knocking on my door. The metal fabrication on the unit itself is very flimsy and easily damaged. There was some small rust patches and scratches on the unit when it was unpacked.

The wheels supplied for the item are not strong enough to support the weight of the burner when the gas bottle is on board and have collapsed

The BBQ I purchased was badly damaged. I know that isnt your fault but it was disspaointing. Your customer service was very good in fairness in reolving the issues. Overall i'm dissapointed with the prurchase as the gas bottle you recomend on your website doesnt fit in the BBQ housing also the BBQ is advertised on yiur website as having a gauge fitted that indicates the level of gas in teh bottle. I still havent recived this or the damaged parts!

Parts were well packed, glass well protected. Some of the plastic protective film was very difficult to remove. One corner of the bottom plate, leg, was slightly bent and will need a small wedge to make it stable. I wished to surprise my wife with a completed heater on her new patio, otherwise I may have contacted Calor at the time for a replacement. If it is possible to get a replacement bottom plate I may disassemble and reassemble my heater at a later date. There were 3 triangular cut-offs of steel, approx 1 cm in size that had not been removed and were stuck to the blue plastic protective film. They were sharp but were disposed of without a problem. Quality control issue for your supplier? I feel the instructions for the construction of this heater could be greatly improved. Larger, clearer diagrams would be a good start. I tested this heater on a warm afternoon and it did radiate a good deal of heat. I will need to test on a damp late evening to see how effective it really is.

Delivery was prompt and in line with expectations. Product is very impressive and easy to install. The only issues I had were the middle burner is difficult to light and the cooling rack arrived dented. See pic attached

Pleased with my purchase, just didn't realise it's size. I would have liked it a bit bigger but it is still fine for me to use. Prompt delivery and packaged well.

3 out of 5; Handle broke on camping stove when removing from packaging. Obviously can't take much load. Screws supplied for legs - only 2 could be used, other screws not the right type. Bit of a rust spot on one of the grills where the enamel paint missed a spot. Used it twice so far and it does the job. Seems like it would have been good value for money had the other bits mentioned above not arisen. Would be happier to spend a bit more on better quality, but it looked like it ticked all the boxes initially in terms of purpose and cosmetics so a bit disappointed by the shortcomings.

Web site indicates :- Calor.ie which I understand is an Irish Website , however when I made purchase it indicated that I had made a purchase in the UK! never my intent!! Luckily my purchase was delivered from County Down and was not subject to Brexit taxes etc!! If you can’t deliver to Ireland in the EU then make this totally clear!! An answer would be appreciated ! The Calor Ireland website is for both the North and South of Ireland and we are based in Co Down. There are no Brexit taxes or charges as we are registered both North and South of the border.

Purchased the stainless steel patio heater but plastic ring on base was broken when I opened the package. I managed to glue the part back together as I needed to use the heater that evening. This is the second time I have purchased from the calor website and on the first occasion the legs were missing from the boiling ring that I received. The products work well but the shipping methods leave alot to be desired hence the 3 star rating.

Poorly packaged, courier must have kicked it round the depot before kicking it round the van. Item damaged on arrival.

Product was as described...It was delivered within the specified time frame. The driver was not willing to help with the heavy item around the side entrance leaving it to the retired couple.

Okay to be honest, the heater is great and is doing its work, but.......... the delivery cowboys from DPD are another story. They dumped the heater in the rain just on the roadside 150 meters down the house, thanks to a neighbor attending me that there was a big box down the road I knew it was there while I was waiting the whole day (till 5.00 pm) for delivery. So great heater, very poor service (delivery). I would advice Calor to use another courier service!

Yes I received my gas stove very fast. Very disappointed that there was no instruction with it. I purchased the regulator from you and it will not fit the Calor Gas cylinder i have. Can i return it?
