“I did not recently make a purchase, I cancelled an order that I made back in November. I was told that the items were on back order at the time but did not expect to have to wait until now and still not be told when to expect the items.”

“It was my first time ever in calumet shop in Boucher road Belfast as I'm new to the photograph bug and I was in to buy a tirpod and ask about buying a new canon 7 d MK 11 and I will go no were else now as the staff there where so helpful and let me take the camera out and play around with it and talked me through its settings so first class to the staff at calumet my birthday is in 2 weeks time and I'll be back then to buy this camera many thanks calumet and the advise on the tirpod was also first class ????”

“I've bought a fair amount of kit from Calumet over the years and that's for good reasons. The delivery is quick. The kit is well packed. The prices are competitive (not always the best, but at least your £3,000 DSLR camera won't turn out to be nicked or a grey import without UK warranty) and their own brand kit is pretty good too.”

“Very good next day delivery with good delivery tracking. I was after a 7200rpm portable disc drive and Calumet were one of just a few places to stock these items, also at a competitive price. I would use them again in the future.”

“I was interested in ordering an item online. I checked with one of your staff via chat and they assured me that the item was covered by a two year warranty. I placed the order online and called on Saturday to find out the status of my order. It has arrived at the store. I checked again with the staff at the store and was told that the item was only covered by a one year warranty. The two year warranty was one of the reasons I chose calumet. I cancelled my order and was told that would be refunded when the item was returned to the warehouse. This is poor service and clearly a waste of time for both parties”

“Recently I've been in contact with Calumet twice. I ordered a backdrop paper online which was an easy and straight forward customer experience. I also did en enquiry about trading old equipment to new. Firstly the information regarding trading was a bit hard to find, and had to go trough few pages before landing in to the right page. I got the estimate relatively quick, in around 1-2 days, and it was very informative, though it was a bit cold and not very welcoming. To sum up, everything worked as expected, but the reply for my email could have been quicker and more inviting for doing a big purchase at the store.”

“I went to the store on Drummond Street with several questions/problems. All got answered quickly and succinctly. The first was a query re a Manfroto tripod head which had developed quite a sloppy movement. That was sorted in three minutes. I also wanted a new Carbon Fibre tripod for the head as the Aluminium ones I have are quite heavy when used in the landscape or on location. Two minutes later and a Calumet own brand was bought. I also needed a camera sensor clean - come back in an hour or after lunch. He even recommended where to go. A great Burger and coffee later and all was ready. Last of all I purchased a larger six foot soft box three years ago and needed to replace the universal joint and Bowen's holder. Two ex demo pieces and the massive spend of a tenner mean't I walked away a very happy man. Cheers guys. Will be back next week...”

“Hi recently bought a fast memory card for my Canon 5D Mk3 from Calumet Bristol to enable me to take a Cinemagraph. The advice and help I received from a young lady, Jess the sales assistant was fantastic and I would recommend her highly and Calumet Bristol. Regards Graham Precey”
