“I wanted to buy the new Canon EOS 77D in time for a trip away with photo friends but all the retailers (including Canon itself) that I initially tried did not yet have the camera in stock. I then saw on the web that Calumet did have it available with the lens combination I wanted, so I rang up on the Saturday afternoon and a very helpful assistant took my order and payment over the phone, saying that it should be possible to have it delivered by the following Tuesday. Indeed at 6.15 pm on the Tuesday the camera and lens was delivered and I was able to show it off to my friends when I saw them the following day. Excellent service from Calumet and a very happy customer!”

“I had a photoshoot on the Sunday, so I ordered some background paper and modelling lamps on the Wednesday! It states next day delivery, I got the paper but did I get the lamps? No, not till a week later... The quality of product is fantastic, but I hoping future orders will be more prompt”

“Calumet has been my first port of call for HP5 film and other darkroom items for ten years now. The staff are of the highest calibre and their knowledge is second to none. Plus, they have their own products which are exclusive to Calumet. The Genesis GF400 flash is superlative in comparison to anything else on the market.”

“I was set on buying a particular bag for my Sony F5 and after visiting Calumet I ended up with a Calumet branded bag, half as cheap as my initial pick. After three months flying the bag all over Europe, i can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and always happy to recommend Calumet branded products.”

“FedEx dropped my expensive printer onto the ground, onto it's end, right in front of me, "Oh, it was heavy" (the other guy was carrying a light weight package). The packaging wasn't damaged at all, but still, I mean it was covered in FRAGILE parcel tape. I rang Calumet straight away because I was damn furious, my complaint was going to be passed on to a manager and they were going to call me back. Haven't heard a word! Utter rubbish customer services.”
