“I made a call looking for a specialist lens at short notice. Advised they had one and would put it aside. On arrival I was met with a warm welcome. Item had been put aside and was exactly what I wanted. No sales pressure to consider anything else but a kind offer to phone up at any time if I had any issues, queries,where they would be willing to offer advice as required. That impressed with the service that I'll be sure to return.”

“Excellent approach to customer service and communication, especially from the manager at Drummond Street, in connection with a faulty Fujifilm flash unit. This was the second time in six moths that a Fuji flash unit had become defective (with the same issue) and he dealt with it very professionally courteously and efficiently which quickly diffused any rising frustration I had with the product - a huge credit and significant testament to the professionalism of the team their. Top job.”

“This was the second time that I came into the store to buy a grey card, I asked at the first desk and was told to ask at a second area and he pointed to a member of staff he said he was busy a third person came and showed me that there was one, I said I would have it, I also wanted a elinchrom soft box but as there was not one on display I was not happy to buy.( very disappointed that you do not display them) I gave my details and the sales person disappeared for what seemed a long time he came back ignoring me ,I asked if there was a problem and was told it had been sold at 2am that night. I complained and he sold it to me, but this took further time on the computer to allow me to buy it. I would expect there to be plenty of stock of an item like a grey card and to have soft boxes on display.. this was a very bad experience. The shop was not busy and I found all the staff unhelpful.”

“My lens repair took significantly longer than the original two-week estimate, and communication was poor throughout. I had to chase it repeatedly, and even wasn't notified when it was finally ready for collection. I'd have liked an email or SMS telling me when the estimate was ready for approval, when the repair had started, and when it was ready for collection. If the original time estimate had been accurate, though, I would have just sent it to Fixation.”

John in particular stands out as an individual of great warmth.He is open,warm and always shares a laugh.he will always go the extra mile to make sure he meets your needs,by offering exelent service and advice. “I had already bought the Calumet Genesis flash head before so this was to complete my studio setup.
