“After verbally confirming twice with your colleagues the delivery address, the correct persons name and correct business name was dropped from the dispatch details, and an incorrect business name was inserted with no adressee name and dispatched to it A delivery that was advertised as next day due to it's value became 5 days later and opened by someone else”

“I bought some Film and it took about 6-7 weeks for me to receive it. I popped into the shop on several occasions to see if anything had come in but no luck. I understand this is out of the people in the stores control but I feel something has to be improved as it should only be a week at max. The film was Portra 400 35mm. Maybe you should express a concern to your suppliers as this will lead me to a different store if it ever happens again.”
