“Absolutely brilliant service. I was let down last minute by another company. Stood on set with no colour paper for backgrounds, the lovely lady on the phone calmed me down and took me through payment. The rolls arrived an hour later. Thanks again. I wont go anywhere else from now on.”

“Superb Service. Bought a reconditioned Nikkor AF-S 200mm F2 IF-ED VR at a price that frankly, seemed too good to be true. Arrived the next day, extremely well packed, with an extended 3 year warranty from Mack. This was my first purchase from Calumet and I'd have no second thoughts on using them again. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Chris.”

“I have always bought directly from the Manchester shop and been completely satisfied. However I was disappointed this time when I ordered some lens cleaning fluid. I tried to order it online but your system wouldn't work. I then rang the order through and paid over £4 rapid delivery on a £10 item. I needed the item quickly as I was going on a trip. The item didnt arrive in time and then turned up 3 weeks later. I would use you again for face to face purchases but would prefer to use WEX or Amazon for online purchases for reliable delivery.”

“I have bought various equipment both new and used from Calumet and have aways found the staff not only very knowledgeable but also happy to impart this knowledge and help with advice on using equipment even if this results in buying a cheaper piece of equipment.”

“Every contact I've had with Calumet has been positive - I'd especially like to praise the staff of the Birmingham branch where the manager Adele offers superb advice, putting the customer first. Its this kind of approach that has meant I've bought items from the store which I could have got a little cheaper going on-line. If this isn't praise enough for her approach then I don't know what is!”

“Ordered a printer that was out of stock and expected to be available one and a half months since the order date. Two weeks since the order was placed, I received a package at my door, even though my online account states that the order is yet to be fullfilled. Just gotta say thanks. Great service.”

“As this was my first order with Calumet with a spend close to £2000, its true to say it did make me a little nervous as my on-line order details were not updating as my order progressed. This trepidation was made worse when the item did not arrive next day as it should have. That said, the matter was resolved after a couple of phones calls to the sales department, as I was informed there are issues with the website order monitoring and 'next day' delivery may apparently be subject to the carrier being called in to collect the consignment from its storage point. Can't say the item was the best price either when compared to some other on-line shops but I'm not sure that is relevant as it doesn't matter how cheap something is if the supplier has not actually got the item in stock, whereas Calumet did have what I wanted. Other than that, 'yes' this is a genuine supplier, supplying genuine goods and I will certainly be shopping here again in the future. Polite, honest and gets the job done (if a day or two late)... thanks boys and girls ;-)”
