“I HAVE TO GIVE PRAISE WHERE IT'S DUE AND IT'S CERTAINLY DUE TO THESE GUYS. NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. AND IF BY SOME CHANCE THERE IS AN OVERSIGHT OR GAP IN SERVICE THEY MOVE HEAVEN AND EARTH TO PUT THINGS RIGHT. A SERVICE TO BE PROUD OF, THANK YOU.”

“Good website, prices comparable to other retailers on Line. Good choice of products Delivery was excellent, ordered at the weekend and delivered Tuesday, not bad so near to Christmas. Product well packed to prevent damage”

“The service from Calumet was great & the film was dispatched without fuss promptly. However the courier company used did their best to ruin a good service. I missed first delivery, rang up arranged another time, didn't show up, after 4 days waiting went to pick up in person, they couldn't the item! Thankfully a diligent employer delivered in person, in his own time, which I am very grateful for. But Calumet might want to review using Fed Ex in this region in future?”

“Lens arrived on schedule on the Monday. The filter was out of stock, so I knew it would be delayed. I was emailed to inform me that the filter would arrive on Tuesday. It did not. I emailed Calumet to ask what the problem was and got no reply. The filter finally arrived on Wednesday, a day later than promised with no explanation for the delay.”

“I recently visited calumet Milton Keynes. And I arrived With a wealth technical questions. What I found there was a professional, patient and knowledgeable team of professionals that were able to answer all my questions. They understood the importance of taking the time to provide positive customers service. I am not able to say that all of my photographic needs had been for filled However they provided enough information on alternative solutions . Great service, good support.”

“I ordered my Nikon lens by pre order and as soon as it came into stock i was notified and received delivery free of charge the next day, the packaging was really good, the other items i had ordered at the same time also came that day as well, got my £50 off accessories, and my discount off my Manfrotto monopod as well, so a great deal, the price was the best i could get, and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend using Calumet to everyone, certainly the best on the internet in the UK. Thank you.”

“Visited the Birmingham shop last week, staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, providing a good experience that is lacking in many places today. the experience of spending was made a lot more pleasurable by all in the shop.”

“1. Product was delivered to my old address! Despite putting our "new" address in the billing and shipping address slots on the order, you seem to have picked up an address on your database which is more than 5 years out of date. This could have been disastrous except that the old address is not far away and the current occupant happens to know where we live now and kindly brought it round. That is definitely a basic mistake and I can't order anything else from you until I am assured that the problem is fixed. Which is a shame because I have always found you very good. 2. The product itself is fine, but I now find that there is no way of getting the RAW files onto my network. Lightroom won't do it and I have a CS3 version of photoshop which won't do it and Windows is hopeless. I thought there might be a plug in available but seems not. My previous Nikon Cameras came with Nikon's own software but not this one. I realise this is Nikon and not you, but what's a man to do? I have always used RAW files so I can manipulate them the better. MikeCross”

“Called into Drummond Street to get a Christmas present for my Son got a Billingham camera bag. Took it back home and thought probably a good idea to ask his wife if I got it right, apparently I got it all wrong the bag was too big so I took it back and Calumet and they refunded the full amount with no problems.”
