“The kid (Jack) in Manchester was more interested in backchatting and playing on his iphone rather than looking after customers. If i were i would be immersed in the equipment, learning all there is to know and puuting myself in a strong position to aid customers when they walk in the door. Instead whatever's going on on snapchat seems to be more Jack's cup of soup. That Manchester store is the pits.”

“My order never turned up. When i called, i was told that it had been signed for by myself at 5pm, 2 days earlier. I had proof to say that i was not at home at the time, but i was made to feel like a thief by Calumet (as a company, not Adrian who was dealing). It took around a month before i received my camera, missing the chance to use it on a trip to Iceland (which is why i ordered it). I was not kept updated as to what was going on and only received a couple of phone calls. I called everyday for updates, but there was never any news.”

“I purchased the Nikon D7200 body from the Glasgow store, I phoned a couple of days before to ask them to put it aside for me and this was no problem for them. When I went to collect it, the staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as allowing me to try a newly released lens on the body even though I wasn't buying it, will definately be going back for future purchases.”

“I have always found your staff very helpful, courteous and from my point of view always willing to go the extra mile and I always recommend the company to friends. Whilst making contact I recently purchased a Calumet Pro Series 845 Medium Shoulder Bag (Christmas gift to myself), the strap which incorporates A NON SLIP PAD. The performance of the NON SLIP PAD leaves a lot to be desired, always slipping of my shoulder. Any ideas how this could be improved? Perhaps someone could get back to me.”
