“the ordering process on line was easy to use.. The camera and lens arrived very promptly. The web site said next day delivery for stuff ordered before 1500. I ordered mine after that and they arrived two days later. The packaging was enough to kep the goods safe and well protected but not too much to be silly. Both the camera and lens work very well.”

“Calumet photographic always offer top class professional services to their costumers. I have been shopping at calumet for some 9 years now and I always get super services and advice on products. Great services is what customers needs, weather beginner of professional photographers. In addition the staff are friendly and willing to help you choose your equipment. I can highly recommend calumet to anyone, every time. Most if not all of my cameras and equipment are purchased from Calumet. Great place to shop.”

“'Next day' delivery actually took 2 days to arrive even though I ordered by their cutoff point - when I spoke to someone on the phone they just said 'because it's black friday' . No tracking link provided either which was a little average when compared to the standard practice of their competitors. I would use Calumet again for their prices but not if the same price was available elsewhere.”

“Once I dealt with the store manager (Jamie) I found both him, the staff and the store in Drummond Street, London very friendly, helpful and with an amazing array of manufacturers displaying their products - easy to handle and try out! Sadly when the items I purchased were delivered some of the smaller boxes were damaged in transit but the hardly the fault of calumet I suspect. I would recommend this store and the company based on my experience of the staff and service received :-)”
