“I ordered a part from Campfire and all went smoothly with that. Then after the fact I noticed they are located in souther Arizona. Wanting to plan a bikepacking trip there in a couple of months I reached out for some info. I got an AMAZING email back from Burger that had a ton of local info. What a great experience for Burger and Campfire to go above and beyond the call of duty!!! Amazing Peeps!”

“I had my bike boxed up for a flight and Campfire did an amazing job. Everything was packed very securely; I couldn't believe how well everything was padded and tied down. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a quick turnaround to get the bike boxed up. Thanks so much to the staff at Campfire Cycling!”

“Before I get into this review a little background on how I ended up at Campfire. I used to ride 300 miles a week. I've done a lot of backpacking since 2010, starting with a solo ride from Tucson to Chicago. I was a runner doing sub 2 hour half Marathons. I was also climbing at an advanced level. All of that changed when I got sick 6 years ago with CFS/ME after a bad viral infection. CFS is similar to Long Covid. Needless to say, my whole life was flipped upside down. I went from being an active social person to being bed/housebound for the first 4 years. It's been a very long battle back to some semblance of normal. I still am in the recovery process but I'm now able to ride again with the help of an ebike. A friend told me about the awesomeness that Campfire is. They are not wrong. I went in there to buy the new Salsa Confluence. Ellie was incredibly helpful! I'm also autistic and new things can be a bit challenging. Ellie's warmth and knowledge made it incredibly easy for me. The shop is at the heart of downtown on Toole. It is gorgeous! I'm thrilled with what they are doing for the bikepacking community here in Tucson. I hope I can one day do big rides again. Supporting local bike shops is so important. Campfire is my go-to local spot from now on. Thanks, Campfire Cycling for making getting back on my bike so much easier.”

“Great personal phone contact with Burger regarding racks etc for our Specialized Aethos'. He had recommendations for adding a seat post collar for fore/aft stability. During the process of creating the order Burger had a few days off and Dave stepped in to fill the gap and finalize the order. A great company with emails worth reading!”

“Recently ordered a hard-to-find Tumbleweed rack. Bc it’s a scarce item some sellers increase the price. Campfire sold it at the manufacturers suggest price. Shipping was prompt and reasonably priced. Now I’m on their email list and I wish I lived in Tucson so I could do their shop rides. Would definitely shop there again.”

“This is my second time ordering from Campfire and each time I had a question or two on the item I was purchasing. They responded in a timely manner and each time provided the information I requested (and in one case asked me a question to clarify my query). Delivery was fast even though I am on the east coast almost to the Canadian border. I would not hesitate to order again from them.”

“I recently bought the Kona Sutra LTD. I called the store with many questions a couple of times and received the best customer service anyone could ask for. Surpassed it, actually. Spoke to Toby once and Chad…..I think…..the next. I’m new to cycling and want to add racks, computer, lighting to my bike for a long trip. Not having the knowledge nor experience, I had and still have many questions. My experience with my perchase was ok. My bike arrived by mail. I YouTubed videos for help on getting know my bikes components. That’s when I realized the cable to my seat was broken. It doesn’t automatically adjust and the cable looked a bit frailed. It didn’t work like the ones in the videos I found. I just found a confortable position and left it for now. I live in a small town, with no shop around……nearest Kona dealer is 5 hours away and they want to charge since I didn’t buy my bike there. I just chalked It up to a loss and blame the shipping, not the shop. I may do business with Campfire Cyling based solely on the curtesy I received over the phone, when I figure out what all I need. “I ordered a set of Revelate nano panniers that I needed to get quickly for an upcoming trip. The guys at Campfire shipped them out the same day and met my schedule. The nano panniers worked great for my trip on the GDMBR. Great job Campfire and Revelate!”

“Bought a cutthroat with dropper post. David called and we talked about routing for the seatpost and I asked about swapping 175mm cranks for 170mm, he was very helpful, sourced the parts quickly and did an overall great job!”
