“This is my second time ordering from Campfire and each time I had a question or two on the item I was purchasing. They responded in a timely manner and each time provided the information I requested (and in one case asked me a question to clarify my query). Delivery was fast even though I am on the east coast almost to the Canadian border. I would not hesitate to order again from them.”

“I recently bought the Kona Sutra LTD. I called the store with many questions a couple of times and received the best customer service anyone could ask for. Surpassed it, actually. Spoke to Toby once and Chad…..I think…..the next. I’m new to cycling and want to add racks, computer, lighting to my bike for a long trip. Not having the knowledge nor experience, I had and still have many questions. My experience with my perchase was ok. My bike arrived by mail. I YouTubed videos for help on getting know my bikes components. That’s when I realized the cable to my seat was broken. It doesn’t automatically adjust and the cable looked a bit frailed. It didn’t work like the ones in the videos I found. I just found a confortable position and left it for now. I live in a small town, with no shop around……nearest Kona dealer is 5 hours away and they want to charge since I didn’t buy my bike there. I just chalked It up to a loss and blame the shipping, not the shop. I may do business with Campfire Cyling based solely on the curtesy I received over the phone, when I figure out what all I need. “This is the best place in Tucson. It is the only one I trust and they work on your bike right away. They will fix it right and make sure your bike is on top shape for no extra. They care about their product and will go beyond what is needed to make sure it is working right.”

“I ordered a set of Revelate nano panniers that I needed to get quickly for an upcoming trip. The guys at Campfire shipped them out the same day and met my schedule. The nano panniers worked great for my trip on the GDMBR. Great job Campfire and Revelate!”

“I ordered Krampus, they sent Krampus, I love Krampus…they hooked me up tubeless, and got me the right size frame bag for less than I could have got “bike only” elsewhere ! Krampus loves Florida trails, rolls through everything, I love Krampus ! Campfire crew was essential in this affair !”

“I’m not one to frequently write reviews, but my shopping experience with Campfire was great! Easy to navigate website, had the Ortlieb pannier part I needed, shipped quickly at a reasonable cost. Came packaged sensibly, not in a giant box like some other companies tend to send. And they included a cool sticker and Campfire matchbook that I liked. Definitely recommend!”

“I was looking to replace my saddle and did quite a lot of research. But as you know, saddles are really based on personal experience, preference and body type. David at Campfire saw me looking at the saddles and made some recommendations. He also recommended that I bring my bike in and try them on before making a selection. I did just that. Jake assisted me with installing and fitting. I appreciate the time and effort he put into my selection. I purchased the Selle Anatomica and so far, it's been fantastic! I look forward to really getting it "broken in." Thankyou Campfire!”
