“My bike needed a few minor things, stopped in to get help and was helped immediately!! I’m female, not young and only moderately proficient in bike maintenance and repair. I left with confidence that my bike was in top condition with the stuff I needed to keep it that way. Thanks, Toby!”

“Ordered bike online, frame was shipped from manufacturer and promptly assembled and shipped from Campfire. Campfire was good about updating me at each step in the process, bike was packed very well and arrived undamaged. Would definitely recommend.”

“This place totally rocks! Full disclosure: I am a local bike shop owner And I coordinate with campfire all the time because their events are awesome, their business is top notch and I really like the people. This is a great place to get gravel and bike packing gear as well as the bikes themselves. They also do service and their online business is booming.”

“I bought my gravel bike a couple of years ago, primarily for use on the loop. Josh was very helpful in the selection of the best bike for me (Salsa is fab) and has continued to provide advice as I have needed it. Highly recommend.”

“Shout out to Jacob! He took good care of me when I called from Flagstaff to order a bike. Yes, I could have been directed to just place the order directly on your website, but I wanted to get assistance in making the right choice. Toby was patient in answering all my questions and assisted with choices regarding the bike. I wound up with an awesome Kona hardtail that was shipped up to me in Flagstaff. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service. Campfire Cycling rocks!”

“Great shop and wonderful experience everytime I wander in. Campfire has a friendly staff and are well stocked in the accessories they carry. I went in to check out handlebar bags after spending countless hours reading reviews on the internet. They had many options to chose from and the bag I had my eyes on in all the colors. I tested it out, thought about it for a bit, loaded it down, and bought it on the spot! So nice to be able to actually "shop" with guidance and support from knowledgable folks (without any pressure to buy). Be careful, they have a ton of cool stuff so don't go in on payday ;)”

“Made a few purchases from these folks. They know what they are talking about, only stock the best, and have great customer support. I was trying to get an out of stock rack in time for a bikepacking trip on my new rig and they wen above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in time. I’ve heard they’ve saved quite a few people with mechanicals on AZT so all in all good community members.”

“The folks at Campfire Cycling are the best. We've bought three Surly bikes from them and each purchase was a great experience. THe most recent one, a totally custom build of a Surly Lowside, requird a ton of research time and effort by the Campfire team, and they worked with me and kept me informed of my options every step of the way.”

“I went to the Tucson location, loved the store. The man behind the register at the computer, despite the store being nearly empty, didn't even look up when I asked him a question. He seem entirely disinterested in fulfilling the bare essentials of quality customer service, including the minimum eye contact needed to effectively communicate”
