“This store is awesome! Lots of different bags to see and check out. So much better than trying to figure something out on the Internet. Good variety of bikes. Mechanic is always friendly and very efficient. Toby is knowledgeable, and always makes good recommendations. He works hard to get the parts needed quickly.”

“Dear Campfire Review Dept., Thank you for your consideration and email response, as I was planning to phone and express my customer experience and appreciation that I received during my phone conversation with your salesperson Jenna? Because the phone connection was less than adequate, (to say the least), it was difficult even make out her name - I'm assuming (hoping), it was either Jenna or Jenny. However, as a "reluctant first-time" customer, Jenna was very patient and considerate given the degree of difficulty to communicate. As a result, she made quite an impression with me regarding both my overall choice of product, as well as my online policy concerns, givin the circumstances. Obviously, Jenna's genuine care and helpful assistance did not go unnoticed. We need more people like her in our world today. I'm hoping you will agree and acknowledge her efforts as well. Mark”

“Stopped by the shop in Tucson to upgrade gravel bike tyres for a Sky Islands tour. Besides getting the right tyres for my steed, received great recommendations about each section of the ride. Gravel / bike camping is in their DNA!”

“I've ordered a few things and had them shipped and each time, the experience was seamless. The bike part shortage is hitting everyone and while I try to support my local shop (I'm on the east coast), the last few times, Campfire was the only place that had what I needed. They communicate from start to finish and make the transactions super easy. Buy from them with confidence. Support your LBS!”

“I was thrilled when I found the cycling jacket at Campfire that I'd been looking for, for months. I ordered it immediately, expecting that it would take 2-3 weeks to get. I was thrilled, again, when it showed up at my door in less than a week. Now I'm working on willing the cycling season to start early in Minnesota. I may see if Campfire Cycling customer service can help with that...”
