“I had been wanting to get an Oveja Negra Bodega full frame bag for an upcoming bike packing trip through the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, and didn't have my bike with me. I called Campfire Cycling shortly before they were to close for the day and got a great rep on the phone who took the time to measure a bike of the same brand and size as mine to get the correct size. He was completely helpful and patient with my questions. Once we had the size figured out, he told me if I went to the on-line ordering site, there was still time to get the bag out with the afternoon's shipments. Within a few days I had received my order and put it to use immediately. Great service and great product!”

“Hi the Tubus mid fork mounts work great. Funny they had instructions for a different piece included. One thing hard to get purchase on the nuts, couple valve nuts sure helped.”

“I ordered the Ortlieb Back Roller Pro Classic bike panniers, the biggest ones on the market. And Campfire Cycling shipped it out immediately the next morning, even though I ordered it late at night and chose the free shipping option, it got here really quickly. I was surprised by their quick response and appreciate it. The package arrived in perfect condition and the item was brand new as stated.
