Horrible. Can’t even hang the picture because the edge is terrible. I see why they are a discount now. Be ware buyers.

The quality of frame wasn't great but it was about what I expected. What frustrated me was that it came with no hanging hardware. Who sells a frame without being able to hang it? I contacted customer service and they said they do not sell their frames with hanging hardware. That should have been made very clear before I ordered. Mediocre quality, poor customer service. 👎

The Canvas Discount website advertised “Guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas!” If orders for canvas prints up to 16x24 were placed by 12/19. So I decided to order a canvas print from your company as a Christmas gift. When I get the tracking on the shipment it said the print would not be delivered until Monday 12/27- not in time for Christmas. So I emailed customer service to complain about the tracking estimating delivery after Christmas only to receive a response explaining how to use tracking and not addressing my complaint at all.

I purchased two prints for a friend. She received someone else’s order. I contacted the company via email, as they do not offer a customer service number. They took several days to respond, and their response was, “your order was received by the customer on 12/13.” Absolutely no acknowledgement that my friend received someone else’s order, as described in my email to them. I responded to their email, once again explaining that my friend received the wrong order. To date, I have received no response. $100 down the drain.

I recently put in a order on Dec 3, 2021 for a blanket for my mom for Christmas. It was paid for online. I got an email back saying the order went in but no order number. I contacted the company stating I got an email showing I ordered the blanket and paid for it. The company asked for the email I used to place the order, I gave it to them, yet they can't find my order which is already paid for. I asked them to fill my order or give my money back, yet again they asked what email address I used. It takes this company over 24 hrs to reply. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered 3 canvas pictures of my husband who recently passed away. The quality of 2 canvas were terrible! It's mind boggling to why someone would take the time to put a poor quality photo onto a canva, instead of requesting the buyer submit another clearer better quality photo. SMH

Worse picture quality i have ever seen on a canvas had the same picture done from someone else was much better don't waste your money not happy and took longer then said i would get it a joke sad

I centered my photo and when they wrapped the side they failed to contact me to tell me that a color in the background now looked like a post it note on the wrapped corner. They refuse to redo this and have completely backed out of their 30 day return policy if not completely satisfied. I have NEVER had a problem with other company I have used & will NEVER use Canvas Discount again. They can care less after the charge is made and will not assist in any manner. Buyer beware! CHEAP CRAFTMANSHIP!

The product was great. I have one on my wall. The second one I ordered I ordered for my daughter. I got that and the quality is great. The problem is that when I ordered the canvas I paid and immediately decided I wanted an acrylic of the same thing so I purchased that within minutes. Two separate orders. I have received the canvas but not the acrylic. My email is unanswered. The tracking number provided does not have a package it is linked to. I would give you zero stars if I could. You took my money and did not give me a product. Shame on you.

This was the 1st time I used the company and you certainly get where you pay for....which was poor craftsmanship. They wrapped the corners horribly on my photo & it looks like it's ripped but it's not. Just where they chose to wrap picked up another color. I'm working with Cust Serv so hoping they'll redo that one so the trio will look decent. Clearly there's very little quality control so beware .

I ordered for two items I received one item since 18th if this month I still expect the second item to receive after you charge my card you still delay my pillow item to receive very disappointing

We’ve ordered more than a dozen acrylic prints from them, plus some canvas prints. The acrylic prints are being marred by the adhesive on the hangers provided by canvasdiscount but also by hangers I’ve used. After about a year the adhesive seems to seep through the acrylic photo staining the photo. I’ve contacted them twice about the problem, not asking for any compensation but trying to advise them of the problem. The best they could offer was a discount on future acrylic prints, completely ignoring he problem. I won’t be ordering any more acrylic prints for this reason....the prints are good for about a year; then there is a seep-through adhesive problem that they are apparently unwilling to deal with. If they can come up with a work around for this, I’ll go back. Their canvas print, which don’t need adhesive mounts, are really good.

The "metal" picture that I ordered was extremely unlike the picture. It was not at all shiny- it was matte- and rather cheap looking. Didn't even feel like metal.

Got my canvas yesterday it was not put on tight enough its has waves in it had 3 white spots on her head l had to fill in with black marker to cover 🙁 very disappointed.
