At 1st 100% parcel receive next day 150%. However only received 2of 2 parcels. 100%. Then found order to be short of a fitting kit. 90%. No answer from my email. 80% It takes ages to get through 70%. and when through speaking to someone in London. Then found out fitting kit no longer available yet charged for 60%. No empathy. HOWEVER staff in London and others sorted out issues in the end. Overall rating you 60%. My school report used to say could do better. Say no more.

3 days after ordering i had to chase up ETA because they had not dispatched the goods. The invoice was incorrect - although it did not matter because i had already paid. The poduct worked but the fitting kit was not quite right so additional holes had to be made and the screws provided were too long in one package but sheared in the other. However this was not the distributors issue. I would not hurry back

Although Car Audio Centre were very professional and efficient they have been immensely let down by their choice of delivery contractors in DPD. I have now been disappointed on 3 occasions by DPD Driver Gulab working out from Wolverhampton, despite being advised of delivery days, dates and times on consecutive days this week TUES/WED/THU. They have as yet failed to deliver, find our address and showed pictures of another address!!! WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED OUR PURCHASE- I HAVE NOW REQUESTED ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS DELIVERY * VERY DISAPPOINTED- PLEASE EXPEDITE!

The process of buying it was easy and simple but unfortunately when the item turned up it wasn't the one that was being advertised on the website so it's been sent back for a refund

This place (Tooting Branch),reminds me of the old Maplins shops...,every time you walk out the shop you feel a bit ripped off!. I had intentions of using this local store to buy most of my up-grade gear for a recent car purchase as I wanted personal opinions on what to buy rather than rely on line, but I'm not sure I'll be spending anymore there as I felt mildly patronised today and a bit fleeced. On a previous occasion I bought a head unit, when opened looked more like ex-display than brand new and was therefore not worth top asking price but I didn't know that til I opened it for fitting weeks later...less than impressed. Disappointing really.

Ordered a JVC single din mechles head unit, when the item was delivered, it was clear from the packaging and the head unit itself that this was not a new stereo but a used item. Possibly a return or an ex demonstration unit as the display screen was covered in surface scratches and the box had been resealed prior to delivery. Now alot of messing around to send back and wait 14 days for a refund. Clearly NO quality control on what's being sent out to customers, and a very abrupt response to the email questioning the quality of the product delivered. Have used this company previously in the past, won't be using them again!

Ordered a fitting kit for a Saab 9-3 2008 plus a Kenwood stereo. Email arrived after payment had been taken to say radio was out of stock and would I like a cheaper non brand one instead? Correct radio then arrived 2 days later when I ignored the email? The amplifier retention interface made by Connects2 does not work correctly - creates a lot of noise through the speakers. I emailed the company to register this but received no reply. The companies returns policy costs are so prohibitive that it is not financially viable to return the parts even if they had responded. I would never use this company again!

Was sent the wrong patch lead to the one I ordered, and the steering wheel controls don't work correctly. Box was also very damaged but thankfully there was no damage to the products.

Ok, we all get things wrong, it’s how you deal with mistakes that show quality. I ordered a head unit and fitting kit for my vehicle. Price was good, and it arrived quickly. However, when I looked at what I’d received, it was wrong. I’d been sent the wrong adaptor for my head unit (bought in the same purchase and arrived in the same box). Also, no free gift (not so bothered about that, but don’t offer if you’re not going to supply). I double checked what I’d ordered, double checked the advice I’d been given, and sure enough, it was the wrong adaptor put in the package. I contacted customer services Friday morning, chased half way through the day to confirm I’d got the wrong adaptor, no reply till Monday. The advice was to contact a store to confirm it was the wrong part, which I did and the store confirmed it after phone call, email and another phone call. To deal with it quickly, I had to buy another fitting kit (another £80), and return the wrong one for a refund. They couldn’t send out the wrong part on its own, and didn’t want to do an exchange without receiving the wrong part first. I bought another kit, again it arrived quickly (again no free gift). However, fitting it today and this time the aerial adaptor is wrong. I’ve checked again, and sure enough I’ve selected the right van, correct original head unit etc. should be a double Fakra, I have been sent a single. I’ve ordered one from another store as I can’t be bothered with the run around, sorry.

My Pure One hardly locks onto a satellite unless i perform a Pin-Reset. After contacting Road Angel they have offered to replace the item. The service team there are prompt to reply and helpful. After performing a Pin Reset on my device then it would work very well and i would consider it to be an excellent piece of equipmemt, if i didn't have to go through the Pin-Reset process every time i wanted to use it.
