“I recently purchased a carbon 12K winch ans was impressed by the level off service and backup by this company. There was a problem with the winch Solednoid failing on our Cape York trip and I contacted Carbon Off-road directly and they had no hesitation in replacing the Solednoid on our return journey at their Gold Coast warehouse at no cost to us. They upgraded Solednoid with a heavier duty version. I also upgraded the original with the flush mount Carbon Off-road mega pro hook. The big thing for me is their their willingness to talk to you at any time whether its for some advice for a technical issue or warranty issues. Thankyou Carbon OffRoad.”

“Winch is great, but had a few issues with supplied hardware. One out of 4 split rings was too small, bolts for fairlead not long enough to use supplied split rings and washers. Also bought the additional isolator bracket, but there was one already in the box. But in saying that the winch itself is a beast and I bloody live it!”

“I paid for overnight delivery and the item turned up a week later with no explanation for the delay or offer of a refund for the additional cost of the non-overnight delivery. Apart from that the item is perfect. Disappointed with the delivery service.”

“As a distributor reseller and installer, I am very disappointed with the following: 1. lack of communication. 2. Not replying to emails and phone calls. 3. Costing my business extra money on fitting front mono coils that have not been adjusted correctly. So far over $630.00 additional fitting charges on 2 sets. 4. Slow in getting quotes back, so I can forward them to our customers, I am losing their business due to this. 5. As a reseller we should have a minimum of 14 days from the dispatch date so we are not out of pocket waiting for your team to get our order together. Eg currently has been waiting 2 weeks on Ford suspension and still have no dispatch date. 6. Your products are great but maybe your staff are overwhelmed by customers, maybe resellers should have a priority as we are pushing your equipment.”
