They took my money and I never received the product. I emailed them numerous times and received no reply. It has been over six months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i made purchase and paid in full on 24th November. It's now 8th December I have not received anything, or no email confirmation as to when I will receive my stuff. Please refund my money !!!

I posted a review two days (02.10.2020) ago and again I wrote an email to Carethy and they replied me that they have already made the refund and I will get the money in 48 h. Today 04.10.2020 finally I got my money back. If I didn’t write a reviews, I think I would not have got my money back.

Terrible attitude towards the buyer. I have not been able to get a refund for over 4 months. I have been looking for quality chestnut flour for a long time in online stores in Russia. As a result there was not such product in Russia. However, during my search, the entire Internet was full of advertising of this foreign store, Carethy, and I believed it. in early August 2020 I ordered several packs of chestnut flour for 3,766.60 RUB. (order number: PHA-RU-200808062038e19). A few days late I got an e-mail, where the store were saying that they were sorry, but they did not have this item in stock. They offered to replace it with other goods of other categories for the same amount or to issue a refund. I chose the refund. They said that the money will be returned to my account within 2 weeks. A month later I wrote to them that I had received nothing. They write to me again wait 2 weeks. Every month I wrote to them 1 letter, and now it's December, and now more than 4 months have passed and I haven't received anything. At my last letter I wrote to them about my indignation and asked to immediately return the money. Then I again received an answer about technical issues. In the end I got the impression that this company is deceiving people. They are scammers. They collect money, possibly covering their debts. However, they have the opportunity for good advertising. it is sad that such an unscrupulous seller steals money from people.

I have ordered one cream and paid full money, after few days they cancelled the order saying the product no longer on stocks, and even after this day After 5 month I still didn't got my refund.

Placed an order for 4 products and they sent me 3, refunded for one, item was supposed to arrive before the 10 of september but it arrived on the 25 ! My plans got ruined because of what happened but They said they will refund for the whole order but they kept giving excuses they have a system technical issue preventing them from refunding ! This issue remained for almost two months!!!! while they were already refunding other people !they kept emailing me telling me they submitted refund request and as soon as the system works, they will let me know. Two months later they said sorry we wont refund ! You can also see on this page that they reply to each reviewer saying “refund is made today etc... however the user posted his review anonymously ! Does it make sense ?

Terrible. I ordered a product 9 months ago and now they keep charging me and sending me more of the same product when I didn’t order it. I’ve tried to contact (email and socials) many times but no answer. I’ve even had to change my credit card to stop them taking more money (5 times in 6 months unauthorised).

Terrible company. 6 months still no refund after they sent me the wrong product with a broken seal. I have sent them photos numerous times. Seems like a scam to me. Avoid at all costs.

Nunca mas volveré a comprar aquí!! Solicite la devolución del dinero ya que no disponían de los productos y ni me habían avisado. Después de mas de un mes esperando y escuchando continuas excusas, que si problemas de sistema, etc, NO CONSEGUI QUE ME DEVOLVIERAN MI DINERO. Finalmente me vi obligada a elevar mi queja a Paypal ya que pague a través de este medio, entonces Paypal resolvió a mi favor.

I will never buy here again, it is a scam! After a month waiting for them to refund my money, I didn't get it. Always excuses, what if the system fails ... Finally I had to claim my money from Paypal and they did refund my money.

MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA ONLINE. NO LO RECOMIENDO. MY WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING ONLINE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. MA PIRE EXPERIENCE DE MAGASINAGE EN LIGNE.JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS. 1- Compré SALES DE EPSON 350 gr, y me vendieron (SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO). 2- Reclamé, y me ofrecieron un descuento del 50% para la siguiente compra. Por eso volví a comprar SALES DE EPSON 100 gr, pero me volvieron a vender SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, y no me descontaron el 50%, me dijeron que debí haber aplicado los puntos al momento de efectuar la compra. No ví esa opción pero de esto no tengo pruebas. 3- La segunda vez me dijeron que no se equivocaron, y que yo si había comprado el producto correcto. Si una empresa vende SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, en la publicidad del producto debe decir: SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, no EPSOLINA SALES DE EPSON. 1- I bought EPSON SALTS 350 gr, they sold me (MAGNESIUM FOOD SUPPLEMENT). 2- I claimed, they offered me a 50% discount for the next purchase. That's why I bought EPSON SALTS 100 gr again, but they sold me MAGNESIUM FOOD SUPPLEMENT again, and they did not discount me 50%, telling me that I should have applied for de discounnt at the moment of purchase. I did not see that option but I don’t have proof of that. 3- The second time they did not recognize the same mistake they made previously telling me that they were not wrong, and I had bought the correct product. If a company sells MAGNESIUM-BASED FOOD SUPPLEMENT, on the label on the label it shouldn't say EPSOLINA EPSON SALTS. 1- J'ai acheté EPSON SELS 350 gr, mais ils m'ont vendu (SUPPLÉMENT ALIMENTAIRE À BASE DE MAGNÉSIUM). 2- J'ai réclamé, et ils m'ont offert une réduction de 50% pour le prochain achat. C'est pourquoi j'ai acheté encore un fois EPSON SALTS 100 gr. Mais ils m'ont revendu encore SUPPLÉMENT ALIMENTAIRE À BASE DE MAGNÉSIUM, et ils n'ont pas réduit de 50%, ils m'ont dit que j'aurais dû appliquer les points au moment de l'achat. Je n'ai pas vu cette option la, mais je n'en ai aucune preuve ça. 3- La deuxième fois, ils m'ont dit que j'avais acheté le bon produit. Unfortunately, I too have a bad experience here. Attempted to order something at the end of July but never arrived due to out of stock product, then requested money back but still not on my account due to a 'malfunction' in the IT system. At one point I got no more responses to my emails !! I would like to get my money back !!

August 7, 2020 I Ordered product, on Aug 7, 2020, total cost:USD 43.62, they send me a email told me the products are out of stock,I requested refund to my payment card. Was told 14 working days until refund shall reflect. Yo date I not received my refund. I contact customer service numerous times . They came up with several excuses such as technical issue with processing the refund, they are checking on it. They are thieves, the company is a fraud. Don’t waste you time or money!’
