“What’s a horrible company. I haven't received my refund for three months, now they don't even reply to my emails as well.”

“Judging by my experience I suspect this site is fraudulent. nightmare company. order arrived over a week late. only half the order. contacting carethy was a nightmare. links in their emails lead to no where. eventually emailed them. auto response told me my order number didn't exist and that i should send my details, address, name, order number etc. i had already using their online form. after so many countless emails i was told, via email, i would get refunded for the missing half. hasn't happened and i suspect i won't be refunded. nightmare. poor customer service which is almost non existent. AVOID this website Carethy.”

“SCAM ALERT: Ordered vitamin supplements. Sent e-mail asking why it was taking so long and that the status of my order was not being updated. Received reply that it was being processed. When order did not arrive on time, started checking reviews and realised that this company is fake and scamming people. Luckily, I had bought through Paypal, therefore, I sent them a complaint. I got quick response that they would inquire and offer the company time to respond. One week later, having not received a response from Carethy, I escalated the complaint with Paypal. One week later, Paypal decided to refund my money for both orders I had placed with Carethy.”

“My package never came as promised. It sat in the same place for 20 days. Working on getting a refund, but told cannot refund until there is no more tracking information. Not sure what that means exactly but I’ve been tracking it and it has not moved for 20 days. A lot of emails that say nothing in response . WARNING!!!”

“I CAN ONLY ADD TO THE LITANY OF COMPLAINTS. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT A GENUINE COMPANY. I`VE WAITED OVER 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND FROM A PRODUCT THEY CLAIMED WAS `OUT OF STOCK` - ONLY ONCE THEY`D RECEIVED THE MONEY AND I`D ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS. PLEASE DON`T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE ALL HAVE!!!!!”

“If there was a Zero Star option, that would be the case for Carethy. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are owing me regarding a refund for a product that was only partially delivered since almost 1 month ago. All I have is vague e-mails from the weak staff that works for them - generic names with no personal e-mail accounts (suspicious!), like "Mary C", "Yosmel A" - keep telling me they are sorry I didn't get my refund (aha!) and that they will be informing a financial department that possibly doesn't exist. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE A FRAUD”

“This is the worst company I've ever dealt with they take your money for something that is advertised but they don't have, nothing gets sent out the order remains on processing, they don't respond to emails and don't even have the decency to refund your money, had to go thru PayPal to get my refund,bunch of online crooks can't understand how they are allowed to operate, truly pathetic.”

“Do not whatever you do order anything from here..I ordered a product and never got it..their excuse was waiting on availability..2 months I was waiting I decided I wanted my money back..it's been 4 months now and still haven't got my refund...all full of broken promises..worst online experience ever!!”

“Total scam company. They have put this in system. They will charge you and not deliver nor refund. They will also sell your credit card to third part who will start taking your money. If you have bought stuff from them, immediately contact your bank, change your card and take action on banning them in your country. “This website is a SCAM!!! I really wish I had seen the review website before. I ordered an SNS to help me on my breastfeeding journey in July 2019. The product should have taken 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I tracked the order online and it was never being shipped so I emailed them (since there is no phone number available) to know why it was never shipped. I got a reply from Luismar telling me that item is out of stock so I ask for a refund. From there I keep getting templated emails telling me that I will get me refund within 14 working days. Went on holidays for a month and still no eyes on that refund. So after over a month of waiting I email again and again I get a template email telling me that they will forward my issue to the financial department. Once I insisted they tell me that there was an issue in the system and that the refund would be delayed (once again) because refunds are made in alphabetical order. Emails were sent to and from Luismar and Mary C. (Just like precious reviewers). After 3 months I am still waiting on a refund that WILL NEVER HAPPEN since they don’t even bother to reply anymore!! Please save your money and DON’t BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!”

“I wish i had reviewed this company before a attempted a purchase. After over two months i had to report them to the fraud team. The scam is to advertise for products they do not have and when you email for an update they continually gave excuses such as 'We have no record of the order' (i have email confirmation), then they stated they would investigate and when i asked for a refund they stated a maximum of 14 days for repayment. I have numerous emails to and from a Luismar B and Mary C giving different excuses such as the repayment system is down and then repayments are being with in alphabetical order. I have still not received repayment two months after requesting. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - SEE MOST REPORTS BELOW”

“This company does not deserve a star but to write a review I had to input at least one star. I ordered a product on line at end of Sept 2019 and to date 21 October the product has not arrived and I have not received a confirmation order email - HOWEVER MY VISA CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED - I have tried unsuccessfully to request info re my order but they keep asking me for my order number etc which of course I do no have as i have no confirmation email details. They are no longer replying to my emails - I have been ripped off and will never order from them again.”
