“I ordered a hair clippers at the start of April to day is 14/04/2020 It still have not arrived I tried to track it and it said it would be delivered on 08/04/20 I have e mailed carethys on 2 occasions and to date I have not received a reply 😡😡”

“I am now realising that this Co., is run by criminals after reading all the reviews and not receiving my order. The Hermes tracking no. which I was given is not valid. I have emailed the Co., but do not expect a reply. Surely if so many people have been scammed there is a way to get the authorities involved.”

“What went wrong is that i ordered hand sanitizer before it was even classified as a panademic. It was suppose to arrive May 17-25 at the end of May got an email stating that due to the Coronavirus my orser has to be shipped via sea transport...like WTF my order should have already been shipped and on its way by now its already fuckin late... Or they asked would i like a refund due to delay? Its a fuckin scam to get money from people in US as if we dont have to work hard for our fuckin money. Since they are outside US idk if the better buisness beuro can investigate them..PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED THINKING U WILL GET YOUR ORDER... And the positive reviews are just people working for the company they are not real customers like me and the others who gave the same bad reviews💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!”

“SCAM, SCAM.. This is a scam company. I placed an order in 9 March, I get the odd email to say the order is being processed as planned.. it’s still not received and it’s now 11 April 2020.. I told them I would write a bad review and they sent a message back this morning to say the order is being processed as planned. Lies, lies, lies.. at times like these a little honesty would help.. do not order anything from them now or ever ! I would give no star but that is not an option..”

“I received a repeat of an order but I never re-ordered it. The goods came as previous order, so I have no complaint about delivery. I found out that they had re-ordered for every 8 weeks, which I have now cancelled. I have emailed Carethy to complain and will wait to see if I receive a reply. Their service was not too bad.”

“Never even dare to buy from this Fraud site. They are scammers They neither delivery the products , nigher would they cancel the orders. you have to send them 1000 mails to them pleading to either deliver the orders or cancel the orders. The rate at which you get reply from them is once in 10 days. you send they 1000 mails over 10 days , they's reply with a smily face as if nothing has has happened. Bloody crooks. rodents. They are parasites. Once the get into their system they'll start sucking your money and mental health. They are either spanish crooks or mayb bunch of russians. But they are spoling Spains name all over the world and people from all over the world are looking at Spain as one of the Crookiest country filled with Scammers and fradusters like this. The funny thing is Spanish agencies are well aware of this international scam but hey are not taking any action. Maybe they are getting their share of the cake too. They didn't delivery my order worth $178. Cancelled it after I pleaded for 10 days. Sent me one and only one reply promising me to refund the money within 14 days. but 24 days passed. Never even initiated refund. They stopped replyign to my mails too. Rodents. I'm happy These spanish rodents are dying like rodents these days I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET $178 is monthly salary for a family of 5 people in India Thise Rodents don't undertand that They have duped me of $178 and spending that money on drinks , drugs or guns or pussies. Spanish Scammers , Rodents, Fraudsters. May they burn in hell eternally after they depart from here dying like rodents”

“Having read all the negative reviews about this company, I was not very confident about the order I placed for Anian hand sanitiser gel. The facts: 1. It took one month for the order to arrive but in these challenging times when you can’t get any sanitiser anywhere, I don’t think it’s bad considering the exceptional demand. 2. Carethy customer service responded to my emails and informed me that as the particular brand I had ordered was not available but they would replace it with a similar product from their company. 3. The ingredients are shown on the bottle: Isopropyl alcohol, Aqua, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 but the % not shown. No mention of Ethanol @ 70% which is used by the medical profession. My opinion: I am not naïve and accept that this sanitiser may not contain the ingredients known to kill viruses at 99.9%, but in my view, it’s better than nothing! No one is totally certain about the efficiency of any product on the market that will kill this deadly virus. So, I will continue to wash hands, wear gloves in addition to using this gel and keep as vigilant as I possibly can. The rest totally lies in the hands of DESTINY.”

“Order reference: PHA-GB-200309182306a2c Hi, I ordered on 9th March Purell Gel Hand Sanitizer 500 ml, and on 16th March I got an email they sending me HYDROALCOHOLIC HAND SANITIZING GEL. Just now at 12:00 noon I got a delivery after 25 days waiting and they send me ANTISEPTIC liquid. I want to get my refund, this is highly unprofessional. I am absolutely gutted with your service and miss leading with information. Yet, you can changed my order without my consent and I am trying to get someone to call me but no way to contact. I want to refund and get my Refund. Ideally, you should send me the sanitizing gel I opt for. I have added all the pictures, this is anceptic, which I didnt request or order and your team send wrong products I wanted Sanitiser and I am not wrong with this, You team delayed my order. Ordered on 9th March Due was 20-27th March - Nothing came 28th March- you send email for Partial replacement with your own sanitizing hand gel 4th April you sent me something else not even the item I ordered nor what you send me on email as partial replacement. Kindly, look into it and I want my refund. I have lots of antiseptic I didn't need this what you send me and charged me 31pounds when my inital order was 27pound. hope to hear soon from you and get my refund.”
