“I cancelled the order because of the delay and requested my money back. I am still waiting for the refund this one was 8 weeks ago I have send them lots emails and nothing and it’s impossible to contact them by phone.”

“After I read all the bad reviews, I was so scared and wanted to cancel because I already ordered. I wrote in and they responded to me immediately. However the product I bought ( mini ghd gold straightener) alr sent out. But it came on time 2 days after I ordered thru DHL. The product is original and good! I love it! So this company is not really that bad like most of ppl said? I am happy with the product and service!”

“Ordered 2 months ago, finally received my order. No confirmation was sent, but was able to track my order through my account which I created upon checkout. Would not order from this website again. Product was of good quality, Customer service- disgrace, Shipping- even worse”

“I ordered a 1 gallon size hand sanitizer back in early March and still have not received my product. I requested a refund in mid April and was told that I would receive my refund in 14 business days. 15 business days later still no refund or product, I contacted them again and was told that the refund was right on schedule. I contacted them again on 5/9/20, 5/14/20, 5/19/20, 5/21/20 all through email as before and never received a reply back from them. I am beyond upset with these people. I am contacting the BBB. I need my money or my product. Will never order through them again”

“Total scam - didnt post my order and now being fobbed off by bot mail responses. I was told refund would be in max 14 days but nothing. Had to cancel my Credit card as they keep your details and will not allow you to delete them. Please avoid this site and report them to their hosting company!”

“Placed order before reading reviews for £75.00 consignment arrived 8 days later with everything in the parcel very happy with product and service only complaint was the parcel ref didn't work with the tracking site so was a little unsure if it would arrive”

“Hi There, i did order around 15.4. And was accepted end of apríl. After Reading all this reviews i Said, ok, IS scam, but then 10.5.was my order here, Very surprise. So maybe i was Just lucky.”

“Didn’t receive what I ordered, only part of the order, tried to contact the company online, it comes up that my order doesn’t even exist, when I tried to send them email to the email address given on their website, my email wouldn’t send, saying not existing recipient email address. Basically, spent 47 euro, and no service was provided. At least I didn’t spend more! Should have read all reviews. DO NOT ORDER, scam !”

“Bought hand sanitizer gel on March 6 from Carethy but after one month I contacted them & they told me the carrier had lost it & they would replace in 14 days. It has still not arrived mid May & I asked for a refund - same story down. I have now requested a refund 7 times. Do NOT order from this company”

“Would give 0 stars if there was an option - wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from them. Purchased hand sanitizer on 9th March. Took over 1 month for any sign of it coming, then somehow when I checked the tracking number that they gave me (which i now suspect was faked somehow) that told me the product was rejected by Netherlands post and returned to sender. Asked for a full refund, was told I would get one within 14 business days. At day 14, emailed again and got a snooty reply saying it was still withing the timeframe. Now well past 14 days and have stopped receiving correspondence from them. Now I'm left hoping my credit card can do a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Terrible, 2 months and still not here. Recieved an email saying it's coming but main item isnt on and no refund or explanation. You can not send a message as it just buffers. Don't order from, I never will again.”

“I am shocked to read they scam everyone. I am extremely disappointed with this company. They sent my product to the Netherlands and I live in Hawaii. They will not answer my emails. They have no phone number, their customer service button just spins and never sends my messages to. I would have to guess they are a fraudelent company based on my one and only bad experience with them”
