“Ordered anti bacterial hand soap. It took 5 weeks to arrive and they sent hand gel. I emailed and was told it’s a suitable substitute so won’t refund. It’s not soap and my kids won’t use it as they hate the alcohol smell. It’s also cheaper than what I ordered, but no refund of the difference. Avoid these scammers!”

“This company is appalling, I contacted them immediately when my order arrived minus a product. The parcel had clearly been opened during transit, and I sent them a photo to prove this. I have emailed them everyday since the beginning of April. No one from Carethy have confirmed when I will get the product or if I can have a refund.”

“Never ever order from them, these guys are insane. I ordered a product, then after a week a received a message that they cannot delivered it so they changed without any consent the product to cheaper one, and even though i sent them a message that i want to cancel that order, the response i received was that the shipment is on its way. Not to mention that the product i wanted was always available online.”

“This is not an attempt to help Carethy get better This is to tell you and as many others as possible about your customer service,ha ha. The only time I heard from Carethy was after I got my money back by opening a case with PayPal. I wrote 4 emails asking where my order was, NOT ONE REPLY, NOT ONE??? You only contacted me after I'd got my refund. You made the excuse the delay was due to the virus??? The virus shouldn't have stopped you emailing me. I've ordered over 30 online orders since ordering from you, everyone emailed me explaining why my orders would be a little late, no problem, I was expecting a little late. I was not expecting no contact at all?? I explained the order was needed due to my wife's health!!!! MY WIFE'S HEALTH. Not one reply, I hope others read this. Really really confused, disappointed and angry Michael Green”

“My goods were to be delivered more than 2 weeks ago. Still no sign. No reply to emails either except an automated response stating that someone will respond back "soon". That was 5 days ago! Possibly. Lets wait and see if they return my money or deliver the goods. Else I will report Fraud.”

“I received my order about three months after I had ordered it , only to find out that I have been charged twice and a second shipment is on the way. There is no way of contacting them as their email does not work. DO NOT use this service.”

“At first I thoughtI will never receive my order after reading all the reviews. I had to email them thrice to know about the shipment and delivery date. Finally I received my supplement today after waiting for 1.5 months. I'm lucky I should say. Thankyou Carethy.”

“I ordered a hand sanitizer over a month ago. They sent me an email stating that i will receive it in 2 weeks, however, it is nowhere to be seen. I also tried contacting them multiple times but no reply. Contacting them was difficult as they don't have any number on their page. Not too sure if this is trustworthy.”

“So, the order finally came in but much like many of the reviewers here I initially thought this was some kind of scam. If you look at the dates of most reviews they are all over the past 2 months, and with people buying a ton of stuff online due to the lockdown this has put a major stress on all kinds of companies, seems its affecting this one more however. My tracking number didnt even work for an entire week and then all of sudden it was there, all in all I think it took 4 weeks for the package to come in.”

“I ordered hand sanitisers early March, when it became really hard to buy them in the UK. After placing my order, I read company reviews on Trustpilot, and was concerned as a lot of customers reported that they had not received their orders. My only comfort was that having paid by Paypal, I would have some protection if my order failed to arrive. However, I guess I was one of the lucky ones, as my order arrived today. It was well packaged and goods as described, so I can't complain.”
