“I made a order Just over a week ago. I emailed them the same day to request to cancel the order ( this is apparently easy to do according to the site “cancel whenever you like”!. I got no reply then I emailed the next day... then a few days later. They have taken my money and I have had no reply from them and t has now been over a week. There is no number to contact them on and they do not bother to read or reply to your emails to customer service. I have now lost £25 it seems and there is nothing I can do about it. I wish I had read these reviews sooner!”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I wish I could give Carethy 0 stars instead of 1. In January I purchased a micellar water worth $25. When I received the order confirmation I noticed they added and charged me for an extra product worth $55 (I mean what the f**ck?!!!!). I got in touch with their customer service straight away and complained, they told me they had cancelled the product from the order and would refund me the $55 (although it was gonna take up to 14 days to received the money). Today it’s been about 2 months and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve contacted them three times, with the same reply every time: “problems with the payment platform and can’t refund money at the moment”.”

“I did an order few days ago and before they shipped I decided to cancel my order and asked to be refund, since I saw many reclaims Reviews on internet. I have already sent more than 5 emails for them and NEVER received any message up dating my request. Definitely it seems I will have trouble with them. GO AWAY from this website.”

“Order No PHA-GB-200209090105c69 My order was placed & paid in full for 2 Hipertin Hair Products which are used in conjunction. 1 item delivered and 1 item Not delivered. I sent lots of mails regarding the non delivered item mostly these were left unanswered, when I did receive a reply I was advised that my item was not in stock and that I would be credited with points! I have again sent another email to advise the item which was delivered is not suitable without this non delivered item. I would like to return my item and want a full refund including the delivery costs. I DO NOT want credit in points as I will not be purchasing any further items. In my opinion I should have been informed that from the ordered items there was 1 which was not in stock and ask what I would like to do with the order and I would have requested a full refund without any items shipping Please refund my account In full for both items, send me the prepaid returns label by return and advise once this has been completed. “Honestly, such a bad experience! I've ordered some products and I haven't received all of them. Therefore, I had requested either to send the product again (which they've refused unless I pay for shipping again) or to receive a refund. Long story short, after a month of messaging, they agreed to give me a refund. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received anything. Moreover, the communication was awful. This company is definitely incompetent, dishonest and I would definitely not recommend it!”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE. I had ordered 3 different Kérastase shampoo, delivery should be in 2 weeks which is too much, however when delivery day arrives I got message saying one of the products wasn’t available. I replied immediately to they replace with one other that I order and sent me the order ASAP but it took more than a month. When it finally arrive, Instead 3 different shampoos I received only 2 equal shampoos. What about the third one? I paid for 3 shampoos, I received 2 only. I complain 4 times through the email and nobody did nothing to solve my issue. Customer service is very bad, and regarding the product, if is not available should not be available in the website as well.”

“I have ordered and paid for my items in january 2020 and they were supposed to arrive between 17th-20th February. Have been checking my shipment status regularly and it hasn't changed since the 19th February saying it's in transit. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as it appears that this company is a scam and the products will never arrive. I would suggest from all these reviews and my experience Do not use this site.”

“NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PILLS WHICH I RECEIVED AND THEN SUDDENLY A MONTH LATER ANOTHER ORDER ARRIVED FOR ANOTHER 130 EURO. THEY CLAIM I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR REPEAT DELIVERY MONTHLY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE TO CALL AND THEY SIMPLY SEND STANDARD ANSWERS TO EMAILS . NEVER BUY FROM THEM”

“Never ever order anything from this company. LIARS! SCAM. I wish I read all the reviews before placing an order. I have never received any confirmation email from them. They don’t answer any email. And ways of communications on their site are quite poor. SCAM!”

“I have ordered a couple of products with Carethy which were indicated as available on stock and the delivery should happen within one week. Two weeks later the status of my order did not change as it was still saying processing, and once inquired it was informed out of stock and there was no date for this to be replaced. I then asked for a full refund of my order; which was confirmed on 31/01/2020, but until now there are no records from your side about it and last my tentative to contact customer support did not result in success. The deadline for Carethy to provide me the full refund is due to 19/02/2020 t On the contrary I will immediately contact my insurance company legal department to proceed with a file against your company. I want to remind you the not fulfilment of a contract/terms and conditions, also know as " breach" can result in serious consequences, including a law suit. “Carethy sent me a defective product, I sent them photos and they said I would get a refund. I even paid the extra few dollars because of the fake "Yoga guarantee" they give for a hassle-free experience. This has been anything but. It's been over a month now that the refund was due but when I followed up, they said they were having "technical issues". It's been weeks since then and still no refund. They are even ignoring my emails. Unfortunately they didn't have Paypal which would have been easier for me to dispute so I am now asking my bank to step in. Seriously, stay away at all costs from these scammers!!”

“PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY ON THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!! If i could give 0 star, i would. I ordered products advertised on the webiste but later realised they were not even in stock : that's false advertising. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund It's now been 3 months and i'm still waiting for my refund. I keep emailing them about it. Now when i enter the order number on their website it says order number does not exist. But i took screen shots of everything.”
