THIS IS A SCAM - you order, and even though their Website Shows Stock availability, it just arrive. You follow up and are told one of the items are not available, please choose something else or we'll refund the difference. I Chose something else and that was also not available. Then after I followed up again, no the first item is also not available. I informed them I just want to get my Money refunded in FULL. 1 month later and several chase up's, no Refund. I wish I had read the Reviews first. And I really wish 1 could give Zero Star's to this SCAMMING COMPANY. People who are running the rought at Carethy should be Locked up in Prison. Don't go anywhere near this Company.

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered NAN for my baby, Over a month, could not receive it. I contacted this company, they told me they would refund me. I ordered from another site and it arrived. After a month I contacted them, they told me they have a technical problem. I waited for another one month to ask again for my refund, only for me to receive the Nan, I do not need anymore.

This is a criminal operation to scam people out of money by charging their credit cards and then not delivering.

TERRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COST! First of all, the order didnt arrive on time. I waited few days and contacted the client service asking for its whereabouts. Only then I was informed that 2 products are missing and asked to choose the replacements or accept the refund. I replied giving the new options I wanted to have sent. Everytime you contact the client service it takes 2 days to get a reply + each time its a different agent. Usually you have to explain yourself everytime coz they dont seem to read the previous messages you exchanged with their colleagues. When I finally received my package after weeks of back and forth it still missed 4 products !!! no one informed me that the other one were also missing! I contacted once again the client service asking if they could send the missing products and the only answer was no, we can only refund. Its been 2 months ago and we still didnt receive 30euro out of an almost 100euro order! I wish I had read the online comments online before placing an order. Such a bad experience, will never order again!

Fully understand that it would be a tough time for companies like this. Not upset at all that the item I bought is out of stock for the moment. What I am upset about is that my money hasn’t been refunded after the 14 days. Please Carethy - Do the right thing by us. It’s a tough time for all. Order ref: PHA-AU-2008101030427df

Hi All. Ordered a cream (PHA-IL-2008021724587ad) that promised to be delivered in a few days. 3 weeks has passed and the tracking hasnt been even updated. Contacting their "fake" customer support will bring you no results as you will receive some automated email with link to that "garbage" tracking info. It feels like total fake and fraud as they charge you for shipping and you will never see the item and wont get any support. Please refrain from ordering here !!!! Feel free to contact me directly if you need any details , i will gladly share it. Keep safe

My reviews are the sames as everyone else. My order never arrived. After numerous emails they said they would refund but to date this has not happened. Do not use this site. I have gone through PayPal as someone suggested so hopefully this works

order placed 8th Aug 2020 est. delivery 18th Aug 2020 get an email on 18th that all products are out of stock and need to arrange a refund, rightio when they should have been at my door already. You knew that a week ago! Now I have to wait 14 business days for the refund to be processed!!

Evil Scammers. Strung me along for over a month. Would have continued so until 12th of Never. As soon as I took it up with Paypal Carethy refunded me in full (£32.79) . Paypal and anyone else who handles payments to/for them are complicit in their crimes in my view. I feel sure they know or could easily know what’s going on. They SHOULD act to stop their malfeasance ( nice word, don’t you think?). Actually, It’ s not a joking matter. Innocent people are suffering and evil wrongdoers are prospering . Hope this post does any good

This company is an absolute scam!! They don’t send your products, then when you ask for a refund they give you bulls**t excuses about technical difficulties with there system! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM....and do nothing but rip consumers off!!.. I still haven’t got my money back and I placed the order at the start of March.. $250, s*^t company.

Ordered & paid for Schwarzkopf crystal hair shine on 15/6/20. Now the 19/8/20 still hasn't arrived. Have contacted & no answer. Disappointing service, stay away from this company. Just a rip off.

I've never experienced anything like this! Completely unacceptable way to do business. I too submitted an order back in March but cancelled immediately due to the shipment coming from Spain and I could not wait that long. It's been 6 months and I am still waiting for my refund. I received exactly the same responses as another reviewer below. Still to this day I have not received my refund.

In April 2020 my wife placed an order with Carethy. It is now mid August and the order has not been received. I have contacted the company via emails on at least 5 occasions since and requested that they re-send the order. All we have received is promises that it is being processed. Promises mean nothing in my opinion. Actions speak louder than words. Send the goods or give us a refund and not points as you have suggested. Would I recommend this company? I don't think so based on how this has been handled.

Appalling 'business'. Submitted an order in March - we're now in August- and I'm still waiting for my refund after eventually being told that the courier lost it. That was after over a month of nonsense emails and them trying to fob me off. Since finally agreeing to refund me, and me waiting 3 weeks so far for refund, they are now telling me they had a technical issue and will refund asap. I have no doubt I'll have to email them again. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible company, very bad experience. It’s been three months since they supposed to refund my money. They lie, make excuses. IT issues. I don’t believe I will ever get it. Total scam, stay away.
