“Bad company, they took money and never delivery your product, no way you can contact them at all”

“They are thieves, they will not deliver your product, and will not refund you back money, this website is a SCAM! once the customer service reaches with you the step to refund money because you didn't get the product, they will not respond to your emails anymore. DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSHOP, THE ARE THIEVES”

“Took my money for a purchase 3 weeks ago, still no product and no customer services number to call. Sent a few emails but no response. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back. This is an overseas company with no footprint in the UK. PLEASE AVOID”

“Very bad, I ordered gel hand sanitizer on March 8, delivery date is March 16, I did not get my order yet, I trying to contact the company, but they don’t have phone number, only can submit a form but my order number does not match, so I can’t do any thing about it.”

“Regrettably, I am not a Carethy fan, and I caution consumers to carefully consider other vendors. Carethy is super quick to charge your credit card. Then, after determining they don't have your product in stock (something I suspected from the start), they go dark on you. I have yet to receive a refund. Fortunately, I have a (so far) understanding credit card company. I reported the charge as fraud, so I have them looking at the charge as well.”

“SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!! Ordered hand sanitizer 3 weeks ago that I never received, even though I got a Email saying it was shipped a day after I ordered it. Also checked my bank statement and they had it set up as a recurring charge!!!! Had to contact bank to stop payment”

“IT'S A TOTAL SCAM...placed my order, $65 and 3 weeks later I still have no package. The flag was that days after I placed the order I received an email saying they could not fulfill my order even tho the product was in stock at the time of the purchase, a few days later I received another email saying the item was shipped...what?!. The tracking number shows nothing else but Parcel accepted (over a week ago), so I sent en email to customer service 2 days ago and nothing, they have no phone number....then I checked online to see where is their warehouse at and all I get is information from Spain and all the reviews on all the websites available shows it's a scam. Immediately I placed a claim with my bank to dispute the charge and requested to get my card replaced which they did, nobody is going to scam me ever again!”

“My mother is waiting for a refund that was promised and due by Carethy that was never made. Nor have they responded to the various emails sent (mine and hers) to solve this situation or to show any kind of respect. The purchase (reference is: PHA-PT-200126191732918) was made on the 26th of January and the order was canceled by Carethy because they did not have the products advertised on the website to deliver. They promised to refund in 14 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund or any answer to any email which is unbelievable. I request urgent contact from Carethy and an immediate resolution of this situation. Regards, Joana”

“HONESTLY IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE A MINUS/NEGATIVE STAR IT STILL WOULDN'T BE GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. “BEWARE!!!!! This company is a scam. I bought purell from the site early on in COVID 19, paid for it and ten days later they sent an email that it had shipped. When I clicked on the tracking link it showed that it was “created.” I tried to call the contact number but it said it was “forbidden..”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!”

“In this desperate situation I ordered bulk hand sanitizers from them. Spent US $70 and after almost 2 weeks my order hasn't even shipped. Contacted them and received an email saying due to the situation my product may be delayed!!! I get it but I was already charged for it and come on I get it being delayed if it had at least shipped but no. I think is a total scam!!! I requested to cancel order. I'll give a couple more days. Let's see.”
